日本人が泊まるホテルとして、おすすめできます。 もちろんマイナス点もあるものの、プラス点の方が多いです。 プラス点 ・建物、部屋が綺麗 (古めですが) ・部屋に冷蔵庫がある (ミニバーが多く、自分のものを入れにくいのはマイナス) ・WhatsAppでいつでもフロントに連絡でき、返答も5分以内と早い。 ・頼んだら毎日1Lも水をくれる ・観光に関する相談にのってもらえる ・近くのお店の開店具合も確認してくれる (wifiだけをもってきている観光客の場合、電話ができないケースがあると思います。代わりに電話してくれました) ・朝ごはんの居心地が良い マイナス点 ・シャワーブースが少し小さい ・歯ブラシはついていない (プラン次第かも) ・防音はゆるめ (窓の外の話し声が夜も普通にきこえる。窓を開けても閉めても変わらないくらい。眠りに支障をきたすほどではない。)

Fantastic hotel in great location, and very stylishly decorated. Rooms were a good size & well equipped, although a bit too warm! Food was really good, cocktails excellent & staff very friendly & helpful, although at times a little slow. Would recommend!

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely wonderful staff!

Great hotel with nice rooms.

Really cool hotel, and amazing service. Only downside is that it’s a bit noisy at night, but no problem with earplugs. The breakfast service is a bit slow, but totally worth it when you get the food.

The hotel is very cozy and centrally located, hidden in a small lane. However room are very well decorated and artistic. Food is very impressive too.

Unfound Door is a beautifully restored hotel with an interesting history and a cool aesthetic. The centerpiece of the hotel is a staircase with lovely frescos that were painted over during Russian rule. The rooms were unique and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!! The hotel is not as close to some of the sites, but it's in a nice area with good restaurants that's less touristy. It's easy to get around by walking or using Bolt.

The room was very beautiful and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I received help with my questions and also with a dinner booking. Would recommend this boutique hotel! Only the breakfast could start more timely as it was not yet ready when communicated, so I did not get a chance to taste the different options. Otherwise a perfect stay!

The receptionist at Unfound Door are excellent, friendly, super helpful. They are knowledgeable and have many recommendations for us in terms of restaurants, thermal spa, attractions etc. Also the hotel utself is a great art piece. Even after i checked-out of Unfound Door, they still helped me to make reservation at Cheli Abano for me & my hubby. I will stay there again if i am back in Georgia!

Being honest, we were taken aback by the unusual entrance of the hotel, BUT don't let that decieve you! It is a must stay place for those who appreciate a 19th century luxury flare with a modern twist. This historical building door is actually Unfound as the hotel's name indicates, it is located a couple of meter off the main street where you will find great restaurants, cafes and shops as well as public transport. The hotel is cozy, very clean, relaxing and you will enjoy every corner in it, but the best thing we experienced was the 7 stars service! A big applaud to the whole staff for their professional approach and constant care for their guests. I must specially thank Nino, Maria, the chefs and house keeping for making our stay an unbeatable one! They have organised everything we needed for us to enjoy our stay at Tbilisi and even our travels to and from Yerevan. Their breakfast is fresh and delicious, their rooms are with a creative baroque and modern style. The team will assist you in moving your luggage up the stairs to your room, they are available for you around the clock- they are simply amazing!
