立地、サービス対応、設備等申し分ない。但し、部屋はデザイン重視のため、使い勝手については評価が分かれるものと思われる。

早めに着いたがチェックインを進めてくれました。客室はダチョウや鹿がみえ、日本では体験できない素敵なホテルです。バスはタブがなくシャワーのみのドイツではよくある形ですが１－２泊では問題ないでしょう。チェックアウトの日、ドイツ鉄道がストライキで、次の目的地行きのICEもキャンセルでしたが、コンシェルジェに相談したところ替わりの長距離バスとルフトの国内便を予約＆コンファームしてくれて旅程を完遂できました。値段ははりますが自信をもって薦められます。

ロケーション､設備､スタッフの質のどれも極めて高く、高い満足感が得られた。大使館街に位置し、目の前には鬱蒼とした森が広がり散歩に最適。

ホテルのインテリアのセンスはとても良いです。客室も天井が高く、Macがあり、映画鑑賞やインターネットが大画面で楽しめます。ホテルのエントランスやラウンジ、レストラン、テラスなどのインテリアもどれも素敵ですが全体的にこじんまりとしています。宿泊されている皆様、ホテルの自室または外で過されているためか何処も混んではいません。ホテルの裏に、湖があり湖畔で飲食出来るビアガーデン風のカフェがあり、賑わっていました。 ただ、清掃スタッフの訪室がインターホンを鳴らして何度も入って来られました。自室でゆっくり過ごしたいのに、昼寝中やシャワー中、トイレ中とお構いなしにドアを開けられるのには驚きました。。清掃希望時間を書く紙があったので、2日目に「12時以降」と書いて置いておきましたが、11時前にピンポーン！ガチャ…流石に中には入ってきませんが、1度でお腹いっぱい。もう泊まりたくはありません。

動物園に隣接している立地を十分に活かしています。 ホテルに着いたのが夜だったので、翌朝カーテンを開けてびっくりしました。 ホテルのスタッフもとてもユニークで素敵です。 ベルリンに来たら必ず泊まりたいと思ったホテルでした。

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

Breakfast is a standard buffet - nothing special. The property must have been beautiful years ago, but it is now in serious need of maintenance. The TV i. My room did not work and could not be fixed for 3 days. The heating can not keep up with cold weather and plug-in heaters had to be brought in, after two days of complaints. Luckily, the staff is simply superb, so that lessened the disappointment.

We spent our anniversary at Das Stue, and it was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we could feel how much care and attention the team puts into every detail. They surprised us with a beautiful gift that made our special day even more meaningful. Our room was stunning – elegantly designed, peaceful, and with an incredibly comfortable bed. We even had the sauna all to ourselves, which felt like a private little escape in the middle of Berlin. The drinks at the bar were excellent, the atmosphere both stylish and relaxed, and the staff was outstanding – genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Stay Oct 1-5 2025. Excellent from start to finish. The airline lost my bag at the airport but the staff at SO Berlin were so friendly and helpful. They did their best to take care of. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying Berlin. Truly excellent.

Wunderschönes Hotel, sehr zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal

Our stay ended on a good note, but there were several issues. -Room service menu published online is outdated; half of the food was inedible. The chicken breast was old and the grossest I’ve had in my life. My husband said it was from an “aged hen” like Soviet times. -TV’s were very old and the only way to play music. It didn’t work in 2 of the 3 rooms. No PPV options or movies. - The bathtub in the first room was broken and the worn hardwood needed a rug. - The hotel didn’t have a diffuser for the hairdryer (the less expensive Hyatt had one upon request). It took 24 hours for them to tell they didn’t have one. At a 5 star hotel, I would expect someone to get it. I would have been fine being charged for it. Every morning to went to the Dyson store to dry my hair. - Room #2 the AC was broken. -Room #3 was a beautiful suite. The drapes were broken but it was fine. -the showers were great and the bidets were lovely. - House keeping didn’t refill the soaps without being asked. - The beds were manageable but not comfortable. - All the rooms were large. - The gym is a joke with a bench press, stationary bike, and ropes. -Unless you’re booking a suite, I would recommend staying at a different hotel.

Great location next to the beautiful park. Hotel has contemporary design and filled with great photography . The breakfast has a lot of quality choices. We loved our stay.

Alles war perfekt.

The rooms are not properly cleaned at all. Found a used contact lens upon arrival. Later on found a hair clip in the bathroom. Everything else is good.
