朝食が混んでいるので、一人で宿泊する場合は、席を確保するのが大変（気まずい）

The room was good, air conditioning was not adequate. Clean comfortable bed. Pool is indoors but the air inside the pool room was so hot that we chose not to use it. The hotel sushi restaurant was overpriced and was just okay. Service at the restaurant was not the best and was very slow. Not sure if we would stay there again. Also going to the rooms required a map as it’s not the easiest hotel to navigate. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Bequeme Betten und für jeden was gastronomisch im Angebot. Haben einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub genossen.

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Hatten das Hotel für ein Freundinnen Wochenende gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden.

Schönes Hotel direkt im Park am Rhein. Jogging/Walking-Wege direkt vor der Tür. Große Auswahl an Kulinarik. Für ein Hotel sehr schöne Sauna-Landschaft inkl. Rooftop-Sauna mit Whirl-Pool.

Große Zimmer, gute Betten, ruhig in grüner Lage. Buslinie in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Sehr schönes, komfortables Hotel mit bestem Service. Allerdings sehr lange gezogener Bau mit langen Wegen von der Rezeption zu den Zimmern. Es fehlen nur ein Vergrößerung Spiegel im Bad, sonst alles super insbesondere das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich.

Ich bin ein Stammkunde Letzes hatte ich ein Zimmer gebucht an rheinflügel das war extrem laut wegen den Zug Diesesmal hatte ich eine Suite gebucht Es war extrem leise einfach zu empfehlen 🙏 Komme immer wieder gerne danke 🙏

Es war sehr schön. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Hotelanlage war auch sauber und alles sehr schön zu Weihnachten geschmückt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, waren die plantschenden Kinder in dem nicht so großen Pool. Danach war alles nass und es war etwas lauter. Wobei nach 18 uhr man wieder ruhe hatte. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es nur eine Sauna für max. 4 Personen, das war etwas umständlich. Man musste sich immer abwechseln. Ansonsten war alles gut. Tolle Lage, den lärm von außen hat man in den Zimmern nicht gehört. Ein tolles Frühstück, nicht auf Massen ausgelegt, dafür mit super Qualität. Wir kommen wieder.

Zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen (dicker Teppich), leicht verwirrender Aufbau, man ist etwas lost auf dem Weg zum Frühstück… Fitnessbereich klein, aber ok. Rezeption sehr langsam, aber freundlich

The room I was given faced the side of he property where i had trains running by every five to ten minutes. Too noisy. The direction from the reception area to my room was confusing and it was very far away.

Es gibt einen neuen Spa Bereich der excellence gestaltet ist und extrem modern und einladend ist!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und elegant aber unser Zimmer war sehr laut wegen den Zügen die ganze Nacht fahren, und das hat man trotzdem gehört obwohl Fenster zu war Ansonsten war alles ok

I will start off by saying that based on our experience, this hotel is not a value for the amount of money that is charged to stay here. Prior to booking I sent the hotel 2 emails regarding getting there and some other specifics regarding our stay. They never replied. However based on the other reviews we decided to book a room for 1 night. Since we arrived by S Bahn we tried to get into the hotel by the park side entrance. We rang the doorbell next to the large glass doors and could see people at the reception desk but no one heard or saw us. So we had to carry 4 pieces of luggage all the way around the building to the elevators. When we finally artived at reception and i mentioned the doorbell, the clerk said she didn't know they had one. The clerk also did a poor job of making us feel welcome. Did not give many details about what the amenities other than the free breakfast. Our room (214) was clean and we did did find and enjoy the pool and sauna after speaking to an employee in the hallway. The real issue though came when we tried to get some sleep. Due to it's location to the rail line and lack of sound proofing, we slept no more than an hour due to the noise and trains passing every 10 minutes or so. We called the front desk twice with no answer. It was terrible and not an accommodation worth 230 euros a night. We had to leave early in the morning so I cannot comment on the breakfast, etc. Based on our experience however, I suggest you stay elsewhere.
