歴史ある建物で、とても、立地がいいので、クリスマスマーケット会場へのアクセスは良いです。目の前にホテルを建築中で、騒音が気になります。部屋は１２月に行ったので寒いです。お風呂のホットタブは、水の抜き方が難しいです。朝食などは、プレッツェルがないです。スタッフは、皆とても、親切です。

地下プール、温水ではなく、冷たかった！フロントの方、駅への交通、路面電車お休みを丁寧に教えてくれました。

仕事での滞在でしたが新しくリノベーションした事もあり、設備も新しく快適でした。朝食も大変充実していて元気をつけて仕事に臨めました。残念だったのはシャワーの水圧だけが不安定で不満が残ったことと、空調が不調で部屋が寒かったことでしょうか。空調の方は直ぐに改善してくれたのでまぁ、良しとしましょう。観光地にもショッピングモールにも近接しているので観光の方にもぴったりの様に思います。

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der Lage, dem Service und augenscheinlich schönen Frühstücks gebucht. Leider ist es gelungen jegliches Willkommensgefühl durch den Service zu ersticken. Keine Begrüßen, keine Einweisung, keine Angebote nur der Hinweis, dass die nicht erkennbar ausgewählten Plätze reserviert sind. Die Freude auf ein gemütliches Frühstück wurde im Keim erstickt. Ich habe nichts mehr vom Buffet konsumieren wollen, habe das Hotel hungrig verlassen und bin sehr enttäuscht. An den Zimmern und der Lage war nichts auszusetzen. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und Gestaltung ist sehr geschmackvoll.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in the heart of old Dresden. The staff were very kind and attentive and the room was very luxurious and quiet. We ate at the restaurant and were very impressed.

Único inconveniente foi o ar condicionado que não permitiu o resfriamento adequado para mim. Apesar de ser inverno eu sinto calor dentro do quarto fechado.

Excellent stay. Beautiful and comfortable room. Very walkable to most sites. We greatly enjoyed our time here.

I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I wish I could’ve stayed for breakfast but had no time.but what really made this stay great was “Lena Haustein ( very hospitable and friendly) and Marc Steir at reception, both these staff deserve a big raise. From the moment I arrived, Lena and Marc were genuinely welcoming and went out of their way to helped with landmarks and where else to be. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Orlando

Tolles hotel

Beautiful room, fantastic old building in a great spot of the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! Pool and sauna/steam room was excellent. Would definitely stay again!
