Nettes Personal, große Zimmer immer wieder gut 👍😊

Rent værelse, stor seng….. at man kunne tjekke ind på forhånd og bare lukke sig ind med en kode.

The room was clean and came with a blowdryer en other necessities. Very friendly people. The room has a heater for the cold days. 😁

Das Hotel war einfach wunderbar. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und überaus zuvorkommend. Der Service war fantastisch. Die Rezeptionistin war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit; sie war wirklich großartig.

Rigtig godt værelse, sågar med fantastisk massagestol. God seng, gode faciliteter, venligt personale.

Mein Aufenthalt im GINN Hotel Berlin – Potsdam war von Sonntag bis Freitag. Ich bin gehörlos, und das Hotel respektiert gehörlose Gäste – die Kommunikation mit allen war problemlos. Das Personal, Hausmeister, Reinigungsteam und Frühstückspersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und abwechslungsreich. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und praktisch, mit guter Busanbindung. Vielen Dank an das ganze GINN-Team!

Das Zimmer (Standard) war schön groß und der Schnitt sehr guten

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und buchen es bald erneut, um unsere Tochter in Berlin zu besuchen. Nettes Personal am Empfang und an der Bar. Der Billardtisch lädt zum Spiel und Austausch mit anderen Gästen ein. Zimmer sauber, Lage für uns optimal.

Check-in process went smooth and the front desk guy, Hamza was pleasant and helpful. He was the only enthusiastic staff member I found here. Everyone else was cold, distant, not friendly, and aloof towards me as a guest. Not one good morning" or "how was your stay?: -- Nothing!!!There was another staff member who worked the front desk at night and he was really rude and nasty with his attitude! I asked him for a bottle water said I had to pay for it. My room had an awful smell coming either thru the vents or toilet-- I could not tell. Smelled like onions/sewage. The bed was ok, but the pillows were not. My neck and head hurt bc they were practically flat with no support. I did not make the staff aware that the room smelled. Just sprayed it to mask the stench. Was gone the whole day and when I returned in the evening, the cleaners barely cleaned my room or made up the beds. I never opened up the windows, however, when I came back, the windows were left wide open and I had to kill the bugs that flew in. They even made nests on the ceiling and corner of the room. No garbage bag for trash. Overall, the hotel was quiet, view from room was lovely, and the bathroom with the huge tub was a plus. The trinkets in the bathroom were also useful . The mirrors were great! The area felt safe and was within walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. Although, it was convenient to the venue I had to attend-- I would not stay here again.

Alles gut Ausser das es Abends an der Bar sehr laut war.

this type of hotels is good for family visits not linked to business plans and for people not rushing to do something in central parts of Berlin.... Very quiet place and isolated

Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat alles gestimmt, bis auf einen schlechten Geruch im ganzen Haus. Aber sonst TOP.

Stayed here for one night when passing through on a longer drive. It’s a nice hotel located in a very quiet area. Room was totally okay and seemed clean. The breakfast was excellent and provided a perfect start on our onwards journey. A bit strange that they charged for parking considering the location of the hotel.
