Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Zimmer selbst war jedoch eher enttäuschend: Die Einrichtung wirkte zusammengewürfelt, und besonders das Badezimmer war nicht gut gepflegt. Tropfende Armaturen und ein allgemein schmuddeliger Eindruck minderten den Komfort. Insgesamt guter Service, aber Verbesserungsbedarf bei Zimmer und Sauberkeit.

During check-in ( very nice man who also was the waiter in the restaurant) we were told that the breakfast would start 07.00 So 07.05 next morning we entered the breakfast room and were met by a young blond lady with glasses that told us ( in a rude way) that we were not welcome before 07.30. We were in a hurry and would have been fine with a piece of bread, a slice of cheese and a glass of juice ( which was already available at the buffet) but no.. the blond lady with the glasses insisted that we should wait to 07.30 ( which was not an option for us since we were in a hurry) We were obviously given the wrong info at check in, mistakes happens, but the blond rude young lady at the breakfast could easily have let us have our breakfast when we arrived short after 07.00. Thats the difference between good customer service and the really bad one as we experienced this time. Really bad indeed. So we could not have the breskfast that we already had paid for but instead had to buy our breakfast at the bakery shop in the village... We travel a lot and, +100 nights a year in hotels and it's very unusual that hotel staff in general is rude but this one should not even work close to customers at all. That being said, the hotel was clean and nice, but skip it, there are a lot of nice hotels with nice staff. Avoid this one!

Restaurant bietet leckere Speisen. Zimmer sehr großzügig und schön. Nachteil: unter dem Dach ohne AC sehr warm. Bei offenen Fenster schlafen ohne Fliegengitter wurden wir von Mücken zerstochen.

Keine Aufhänge- und trocknungsmöglichkeiten im Bad. Keine erkennbare Heizung im Bad. Sehr sparsames Frühstück! Kaum Frisches. Hotelbereich wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Gaststättenbereich ok mit sehr gutem Essen!

We stayed in a large, well designed room with integrated shower and wash basin, accessible and easy to use for everyone without having the feel of a ‘disabled’ room, comfortable beds, very clean. The breakfast buffet offered a good choice, and we also had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. All in all a very pleasant experience, also good value for money.

Gute Unterkunft, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal.Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Hund herzlich willkommen.

Wir haben das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, welches in einem neuen Gebäude war ,dass Zimmer war so schön und stylisch zum frühstücken ist man ins Haupthaus vom Hotel gelaufen keine 3 Minuten das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Restaurant in dem das Frühstücksbüffet serviert wurde war sehr schön und ansprechend wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Great little, traditional German hotel, very good for stopovers or local explorers. Good variety breakfast.

Das Haus ist gemütlich, das Personal super nett. Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich abgewohnt, die Wände dürften gerne mal wieder gestrichen werden, der Spiegel war gebrochen, das Fenster hatte einen Riss…usw.

Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind alt. Es hat dort alt und modrig gestunken. Im Bad gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Nicht zu empfehlen

Super moderne Zimmer und sehr gemütliche Betten. Sehr gutes essen

Zu den ohnehin vielen positiven Kritiken mein persönliches kleines Highlight: Trotz sehr, sehr spätem Einchecken noch ein Bierchen in der Bar bekommen :-) Manchmal sind es auch die Kleinigkeiten...
