結婚１０周年に、最上階のスイートルームを予約しました。私たちはもちろん、子どもたちが２階建ての部屋にとても喜んでおり、泊まって良かったです！ お風呂の湯を貯めるのに長方形の栓を足で踏むのは、すごく分かりづらくてスタッフに聞きました。到着が遅くなってしまったのですが、夜中に関わらず対応してくれたのもありがたかったです！ 朝ごはんは注文式で、本格レストランの食事ができます。一点だけ注意したほうがいいと思うことは、駅から10分以上歩く必要があり、途中石畳をキャリーケースと子どもを連れてことが非常に大変です！ ですが、街並みもホテルも綺麗で、忘れられない旅になりました。

最上階の部屋でした。とても素敵な造りで落ち着いて過ごすことができました。レストランのコース料理は高額ですが、かなり美味しいです。朝食はプランに入ってました。毎朝が楽しみでした。スタッフたちの人柄はとても優しいです。ローテンブルクに来たらおすすめ致します。

スタッフの対応から、部屋の広さ、清潔さ、朝食のクオリティまで、すべてにわたって最高です。

スタッフの対応が親切でとても良い。部屋も古い建物を上手に改装しており良い。朝食も手作りでとても美味しい。特にオムレツとスクランブルエッグはとても美味しかった。壁の中でロケーションは最高なのに値段もそんなに高くない。駐車場も壁内にあって良かったです。とても良い滞在ができ、ローテンブルクを楽しめました。

Charming inn and staff was exceptional. Room was clean and even had our own Christmas tree! Wonderful breakfast . Would stay again!

We stayed with two kids - room was very spacious with king bed on a main floor and two beds on an upper loft. Room seems to be renovated just recently- everything is new and clean. Amazing service very friendly and attentive. Hotel is located at the very heart of an old town. We would absolutely come back! Thank you!

We were greeted with a warm welcome by the host/owner of this very old hotel. He was kind and helpful getting us set in our rooms offering a prosecco after our long drive. The hotel is quite old and has had some modest updates. It was comfortable enough but not a high rated quality in spite of the hotels.com rating that I used to book it. Sheets and towels were worn and torn. Very modest amenities. Cleanliness was questionable. In America it would have rated about a 2+ star hotel. It was sufficient enough for one night but very over priced for the value of the room/stay and experience.

Amazing hotel, service, food, amazing chef, waiter, everybody incredible best hotel I’ve experienced so far. Definitely will come back again, the Chev makes magic with the food.

Very quaint, all the staff particularly Ghengis were some of the best we have ever seen. For us this was our favorite stop.

The staff was very supportive. Check in was offered with a glass of sparkling wine and both breakfast and evening staff were very friendly!

The staff man the keeps everything nice for the guests was very helpful and took care of all our needs. Great hotel and this is our second time here. When we return again we will look forward to staying here.

Extraordinary boutique hotel

This is an excellent location right in the middle where you have access to all the tours and shops. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Excellent breakfast!

This hotel is well located and has parking The staff is pleasant and well intended The furnishings in the bedroom are very worn and could be refreshed and lighting in the room is too dim at night Bath was great

We were very pleased with our stay - the Hotel was very rustic and in a great location. They arranged a private transfer for us from Nuremberg and again back to airport which was wonderful. We used the sauna which has great facilities and is kept private for individual use.

From the second we arrived you could tell that the owner of this hotel loves what he does. He offered us complimentary drinks, carried out cases to the room and parked our car. The minibar and coffee in the room was included, as was the delicious a la carte breakfast.
