Hôtel agréable, chambre spacieuse avec belle vue sur jardin et montagne

Arrivés après les horaires de réception et pendant le temps du restaurant : rapide et efficace. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de parking abrité pour moto. Le restaurant était un peu cher à notre goût. Notre chambre était spacieuse, agréable et au calme.

Great stay

Très agréable situation proche du lac Titisee, mais un peu à l'écart, donc moins de monde. Grandes chambres avec un coin salon. Bon restaurant.

Es war alles soweit in Ordnung

Mir gefiel der authentische Charme der Unterkunft. Mein Einzelzimmer war inklusive des Bettes sehr gemütlich. Das Bad war älter, aber ebenfalls blitzsauber. Das Frühstück war vollständig inklusive leckerer Brötchen, Obstsalat, Rührei sowie gekochten Eiern und einer Müsliauswahl. Der Kaffee an sich war in Ordnung, die dazu servierte Milch schmeckte allerdings nach Kondensmilch. Hafermilch wäre schön, wird aber evtl zu wenig nachgefragt. Auf der 1. Etage konnten ganztägig auf Vertrauensbasis Getränke aus dem Kühlschrank genommen werden, das war mir sehr sympathisch. direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist wundervoll, vor allem die umfassenden Wiesen (mit Bibern) als Teil der Talaue.

While I enjoyed my stay, and don’t get me wrong, the rooms are perfectly ok but could do with freshening up and I’m only saying this because if they would match the Michelin-class food, this could be a serious destination for foodies in the Black Forest, which is blessed with great food anyway, but suffers in losing winter tourism due to the declining snow season. Great food like this, combined with beautiful, clean and healthy surroundings to walk (or bike, ride, swim) off the calories could be the salvation. In detail: after a crisp, tasty mixed salad, I had a paired Saibling (local fresh water salmon) and local Trout filet so fresh it tried to leap off the plate. There’s game and all the braten and schnitzel you’d expect, but there’s also a three-course vegan menu, seasonal veg, all with a local reference - not just the way it’s cooked. The menu lists in detail every local maker and supplier of the ingredients, down to the meats coming from a butcher farming its own herds on local meadows. It doesn’t get fresher, ethical, and less carbon footprint. At prices you find (sadly) in the UK at ‘gastro pubs’ and it’s microwaved fare.

La conosco da anni. La posizione è centrale e splendida anche nei dintorni. Il servizio è impeccabile, la qualità dell ‘hotel ottima e vi è pure un ricco e fornito ristorante.

Hotel war gut, das Frühstück erstklassig. Lediglich das extrem kalte Zimmer war ein Problem. Warum kann man nicht schon mal die Heizung aufdrehen, wenn man weiß, dass gleich ein Gast kommt?

Ein sehr gemütliches, Familien-betriebenes Hotel. Auch wenn die Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, so war es trotzdem ok. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Restaurant-Essen hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Personal ist hilfreich und super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bis auf den WIFI- Zustand alles hervorragend, gerne wieder!

Sehr EMPFEHLENSWERTES Hotel. Leider ist die Polstergruppe etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Hôtel sympa, accueillant, propre. Le seul bémol pour nous était que la carte au restaurant n’était pas disponible en anglais ou français. Par contre, nous avons très bien mangé, le petit déjeuner était bon aussi. Un petit plus : le train gratuit à partir de 2 nuits sur place donc nous avons pu se rendre à Titisee à pieds et retour en train.

Sauber, schöne Zimmer. Manchen Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert. Fruhstück war sehr wenig für den Preis

Für mich genau passend. Freundliche Bedienung, ordentliche Unterkunft und Verpflegung. Vor allem preiswert. Werde auch das nächste mal da übernachten. Vielen Dank
