ホテル ルイス ミュラー

The room was terrible. Dirty carpet. Room wasn’t even in the hotel but across the alley and on another building they said was a sister hotel. It was 92 and no air conditioning or fans. We had to sleep with the windows open ( as they suggested) above a parking lot and next to a busy street. They had tables below us under our windows where people sat and smoked. The smoke came right into our room. I would never advise anyone to consider this hotel.

War schon mehrfach dort, habe keine Beanstandungen.

First, the good - the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location is also cute - lots of shops and restaurants to walk to. The not so good - service was mixed. A couple of people were really nice, but another two or three seemed almost annoyed to have a hotel guest (their focus was presumably the restaurant also associated with Louis Muller). That being said, when my luggage was delivered after midnight, someone was at reception to bring it to me despite reception officially closing at 10, for which I am INCREDIBLY grateful. Maybe the bottom line is to just calibrate your service expectations appropriately given that the staff have divided attention.

Un petit week-end shopping en Allemagne. L'hôtel est très bien. Le parking est difficile d'accès. De plus, il y a des travaux qui compliquent le stationnement. le petit déjeuner était très bon. La chambre était spacieuse.
