エレベーターなし、シャワーの留め具が壊れていてシャワーが不便 換気が悪い チェックインは入り口の張り紙を読んで指示に従う。部屋の照明が暗くて机で作業ができない。 これなら良質なホステルのほうがマシだ

早めのチェックインで鍵は受け取れましが、遅くなる場合はキーボックスでの受け取りとなるようです。 万一キーのとじ込みなどした場合はどうなるかと不安を覚えました。

料金に見合った、もしくはそれ以上のサービスでした。

中央駅・ﾄﾞｰﾑから近く利便性が高い。夜は受付が不在のために、ﾎﾃﾙの入り口と部屋のｶｷﾞをくれます。部屋は可もなく不可もなく、機能は十分でした。中央駅にﾌｧｽﾄﾌｰﾄﾞ店があったので夕食はそこで食事をし、朝食はﾎﾃﾙの地下にある食堂でとりました。朝だから明るい部屋の方が良かったのですが、この宿泊費ではまあ適当か。ｼﾝﾌﾟﾙな朝食でした。

価格は安かったが、エレベーターが無いので重い荷物のある人は大変でしょう。ベッドのギシギシ音がひどかった。朝食は美味しかったが週末は8時からで、仕事のため1度しか食べられなかった。フロントに人がいる時間が限られています。支払いは現金のみだったのも良くなかった。ケルン駅から近くロケーションは良い。

ケルン中央駅至近で、この値段(朝食込みで8000程)であれば十分かと思います。 ダブルルーム、ダブルベットの部屋でしたが、2人で宿泊の場合若干狭いかもしれません。1人1部屋なら十分です。 宿泊日:(2018/1/5)の1泊 目的:観光 部屋:若干水回りが古い部分はあるものの、綺麗に掃除されておりました。 水の出、お湯の出は満足です。 ※部屋の注意点 私の部屋には冷蔵庫、バスタブ、ティッシュがありませんでした(寝るだけなので特に気にせず)。 館内:きちんと掃除されている印象でした。 ※館内の注意点 地下1階、地上3階建のようですが、エレベーターがありませんので、階段を使うことになります。階段は緩やかかつ幅も広めなので、重い荷物、ベビーカーなども持っていけそうですが、気になる方はご留意頂いた方が良いかと思います。レセプションと食堂が地下で、そちらの階段は狭めで急です。 従業員の方々:トルコ系？の方の様で、話しかけてみると皆さんフレンドリーでした。 朝食: 一般的な、パン、チーズ、ハム、生ハム、ゆで玉子、フルーツ、サラダに、キッシュやチーズ系の料理といったシンプルなものでしたが、味は普通に食べられます。キッシュ、チーズ系の料理はかなり美味しかったです。 周辺:マリオットホテルが30m程の所にあり、タクシーも沢山止まっていました。人通りは多くないものの不安な場所はありませんでした。 コンビニは駅の物を利用しました。 サービスの留意点 ※レセプションは16時までで、以降はホテルの入り口横にある機械で鍵を受け取る仕組みです。 ※部屋の鍵で、ホテル入り口の鍵も開けられます。 ※チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは行なっていないそうです。私はケルン中央駅にあるコインロッカーを利用し、2時間/3ユーロ、24時間/6ユーロで預けられます。2時間を選んで、時間が過ぎたら追加で3ユーロ機械で払えば荷物が取り出せる仕組みでした。 コインロッカーは、機内持込可能なスーツケースなら2つ入れられてさらに少しスペースがありそうでした。 コインロッカーは車の機械式駐車場の様な仕組みの様で、正確に何個あるかは分かりませんが、大きいものが3台あり余裕がありそうでした。 ※館内は、階段を歩く音やドアを閉める音が若干響きますので、利用の際はお気をつけ下さい。私は道路に面していない部屋でしたので、外の騒音は気になりませんでした。

駅の近くで大聖堂にも近くて大抵の観光地には歩いて行ける。朝食は大変良かった。階段しかないのはマイナス。ケルンにきたら是非アウグストゥスブルク城に行ってください。

Good location but as usual during my visits to Cologne, overpriced for the size and condition of the room offered. It is an insult to visitors having to put up with these conditions in Cologne during a fair.

The property is 300m to koln station and that is the only plus point. I just stayed for the night .. bed sheets were dirty and bed wasn’t comfortable either

Konumu çok iyi. Temizlik konusunda yetersiz. Odalar çok küçük. Rahat hissedemedim.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is also great: not so much noise and it’s very close to the cathedral and train station.

Practical locartion, but extremely small, and quite noisy when other people entered or left the building.

I needed a hotel by the station. This was close by and a safe walk alone. The hotel was clean. I didn't like the fact that there is no open reception in the evening. I'm not sure what would happen if one had an issue. Although there was no street noise, there was noise from the interior stairs as they are metal, resulting in quite a lot of clatter from other guests. Only one thin pillow was provided. Not cheap for the standard provided.

We vinden het hotel heel goed voor korte reis, maar het is ingewikkeld om binnen te komen wegens de toegangscode . Verder liep goed.. Ah!! Het ontbijt is lekker

If the hotel had ac it would be priceless. Still solid value.

The property was spotless in respect the general areas as was the room. Little touches like sweets on the pillowcase and tissues in the bathroom just added to the good stay. A kettle and tea and coffee facilities were in the room as was paper and pen to write notes. Convenient to railway station and Dom. Should be rated higher

We stayed just one night during a recent visit to Germany, and I am glad it was one night only. Check in was easy enough, with the key provided in a safe, the combination for which had been sent in advance via e-mail. However, the room itself (no. 41, under the roof and uncomfortably hot on a warm summer's day) was disappointing. Everything looked unloved, cheap and in bad repair. The TV was held together with sellotape, the walls were scuffed, riddled with unused rawl plugs and partially covered in poorly installed fake wood paneling, and one of the window's hinges was broken (as I discovered when I wanted to open the window to get rid of the unpleasant smell in the room). Fake plants for decoration completed the sad state of the place. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and clean, but otherwise the whole place is in desperate need of an update. I would not want to stay there again and would not recommend it.

Loved the simple self serve check/in process and room was great. Only complaint was that the motion sensitive light switch in the bathroom would time out and go off during even a short shower.

Ist in Ordnung für eine Nacht als Business Trip. Würde ich aber nicht für Urlaub oder längere Aufenthalte empfehlen. Leider sind die Türen sehr schalldurchlässig sodass man sofort aufwacht wenn ein anderer Gast in sein Zimmer geht oder es verlässt.

I arrived around 4PM. The door was closed. No staff around. I was asked to enter a keycode, which I did not have. Being from USA, I had no cell phone connection without internet. I went back to the train station to get internet connection and call my wife. After sometime she called me back with a keycode. I went back to the hotel and this time could enter. I do not understand why the keycode and instructions were not sent to me!!!
