Their system is not updated and they put a lot of stress for paying bills which we have already paid it in advanced.

The hotel is near a small natural lake and actually quite smaller than it appears on photo. Facility is old fashioned with door entry still using a physical key with a large attachment which is awkward to carry. Since this is privately owned and managed, information posted on front desk hours on the booking site is different from what I experienced which caused me almost miss the check in window. I got there at 8pm, and the owner was ready to leave and felt annoyed for my “late arrival.” The room is small, and design is a bit strange and it does not have air conditioning. So during summer time, even it is nestled in the German alpine area, the room inside felt hot and uncomfortable. The window can be tilted to let the cool air in a bit, so by late night, the room felt cool down a bit. It is rather clean though. I will not stay here in the future.

Wunderschönes ruhiges Hotel, sehr empfehlensert, top Zimmer

Gutes Hotel mit etwas kleiner Karte zum Abendessen. Zimmer ok, aber bisserl alt was die Betten und Möbel betrifft. Eventuell kann man auch Charm sagen. Auch sollten ab und zu die Spinnweben an der Deck entfernt werden. Service sehr gut.

Guter Empfang, Essen und Service auch gut. Nur der Aufpreis im Hotel auf ein Doppelzimmer nächstes Wochenende ist sehr happig. Die Kollegin wollte 80 Euro pro Tag, das ist das doppelte vom Einzelzimmer. Das passt nicht wenn nich Zimmer frei sind am nächsten Wochenende.

The rooms are cozy and small. Very nice typical German hotel with a very beautiful view. The only downside there is no one in the afternoon and night to help. I checked in late in night using a key box and a password received in advance.

This was a great hotel with a beautiful view. The view of the lake with the evening sunset was breathtaking. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast.

Schön gelegen am See. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung hat alles super geklappt. Die Lage am See ist sehr schön.

What a splendid retreat! So idyllic! Would loved to have stayed longer! The location, comfort and service were excellent. Breakfast buffet delicious.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Mit Aussicht direkt auf den Waldsee. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Angabe von Expedia zum Frühstück ist fehlerhaft. Preis sind 12€/Person.

Super dejlig beliggenhed ved sø og skov. Meget venlig betjening. Der er en anelse lydt. Dejlig restaurant med god mad og betjening. Parkering lige ved hotellet. Ingen elevator. Absolut meget for pengene. Kan anbefales.

Erg prettig hotel op een prachtige locatie. Vooral voor een (korte) vakantie is het een erg mooi startpunt.
