イビス ベルリン クアフュルステンダム - 新しく改装されました

立地がとてもいいです。スーパーとホームセンターが目の前で日用品の購入に困らない。ただし、部屋に冷蔵庫がないことやホテル内にランドリーがないことは注意が必要です。その他は問題ないです。

久しぶりの日本からの出張でした。場所は良かったのですが、チェックイン時に確認したにもかかわらず金額が間違っていたことは評価を下げています。環境対応なのかも知れませんが、アメニティや靴べらまでも無かったので困りました。日本のホテルこの違いをもっと説明しておいてほしいです。アイロンもスチームが無いものしかなかったのと、直ぐに返せと言われました。朝食はヨーロッパは野菜が少なくパンとチーズとハムしかないのは仕方ないですが、残念です。タクシーは1分程度で来たので便利でした。

部屋は狭いですが、ベッドは十分大きいですし、レイアウトが工夫されています。 静かで、環境はいい方だと思います。 シャワーの湯量は少なく、すごく弱いです。洗えている感じがしません。 シーツやタオルはふつうにきれいでしたが、部屋はあまり掃除していないようで、特に隅の方にホコリがたまっています。 タオルは、２人でバスタオル３つで、ハンドタオルはありませんでした。3つ目のバスタオルを２人で半分ずつハンドタオルとして使いました。 シャワーとホコリのことを考えると２泊以上はしたくありませんが、他の低価格ホテルよりはずっといいと思うので、また１泊ならしてもいいかなと思います。

2度目の滞在です。地下鉄駅に近く、買い物や飲食に不自由しない上、宿自体が綺麗でとても快適です。またベルリンを訪れる際には、利用したいと思います。

Great hotel . Friendly staff . Large modern and clean rooms . Great location . Happy to return . My only advice is that the breakfast for more than 20 eur is overpriced, there are plenty of great options in bakeries to about half price close by .

Nice room, quite small but okay. Breakfast was ok, basic.

I left my iPad in the room and the staff made every effort to return it to me.

Todo bien excepto en a la hora del desayuno que nos dijeron que no estaba incluido una vez ya en el comedor tuve que buscar facturas y presentarla de nuevo porque me decían que no estaba incluido

The modern, clean and perfectly sized rooms were just right for two of us. We also had no issues with the bed, despite what other reviews suggested. The hotel’s great location means you can easily get to the tube, and there are lots of local shops, restaurants, bars nearby and a supermarket just across the road, which is open late, although not on a Sunday, so stock up. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing, which wasn’t as good as we thought. While you don’t hear other guests in your room, the slamming of doors, especially in the early morning, is quite noticeable. I think this is because of the chains on the room doors. But other than that, it’s a good hotel choice with really friendly staff, and we’ll definitely be back.

The welcome was very good and we had everything we needed. Very convenient on the first floor. The shower was a tad small but perfectly adequate

Oikein hyvä perushotelli. Siivous toimii hyvin, sängyt ovat mukavat ja siistit. Tyynyt voisivat olla paremmat, mutta se on makuasia. Suosittelen hotellia, jos ei ole kovin vaativa – kokonaisuutena oikein hyvä. Sijainti on lähellä keskustaa, ja julkisilla pääsee helposti kaikkialle. Alue on kiva, ja lähistöllä on kauppa, kahvila ja muita palveluita.

The rooms were clean and well organized. Breakfast was like choosing eggs, unsure sausages were made of animals or fake animals, coffee/chocolate, and lots of bread. I struggled with speaking any German words…which doesn’t make people too happy with me. Great location.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig gewesen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausgewogen.
