KOOS ホテル＆アパートメンツ

We had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is located near to the main train station and streets with supermarkets and restaurants. The room we stayed in was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with microwave, fridge etc.

central location, friendly and helpful staff. room a bit small and there was a cockroach.

Love the location, amenities, and convenience in and within the hotel's area. Great size apartment for two persons and everything was included, such as detergent for apartment's washing machine, which was a greatly appreciated effort. My only complaint was from the bedroom's AC which was not working and producing instead warm air in the room. As we were travelling in summer, that was unbearable. We complained three times and receptionists & technician did come to help albeit with some time lag as he was not staying onsite. We thought solution should be more comprehensive such as replacing something in the AC, which of course could not be done during our stay. Our family group booked three apartments and the other two seemed to not facing the same problem with AC, so our room probably was an exception. AC aside,our stay was very good, could have been perfect though with AC improvement. Staffs were great and helpful throughout our stay. Also not a fan with the red carpet inside apartment as it gave a sense of energy instead of relaxation; with the right room temperature the room's energy could be minimised (unfortunately, that did not happen with AC broken down in our case).

The location was great! Easy walk to U-bahn station. Check-in process was quick. The room was clean and spacious. Very good for family with children like us.
