Great place to stay

Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss und hatte nur ein Dachflächenfenster. Die Nähe zur Kirche und deren Turmuhr ist ein gravierender Nachteil wenn es alle 15 min. läutet

The staff was very polite and efficient and the food was very nice.

Sehr lautes Zimmer zur Straße (mit Traktoren etc). Kirchenglocke gegenüber leutet im 15 Minuten-Takt. Sauberkeit war gut. Würde jedoch eher nicht nochmal buchen.

Trotz meiner späten Anreise war alles perfekt vorbereitet. Selbst für meinen Hund waren Schüsseln und eine Decke im Zimmer verfügbar. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ein sehr netter Service! Das Zimmer - vor allem das Bad war modern und sehr sauber.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders was die katastrophale Anfahrt betrifft! Zimmer einfach, aber sauber und ausreichend. Die ortsbeschreibung war schlecht, kein Hinweis, dass man in einem Stadtteil landet, weit abseits, dunkel und schlechte Wege. Schade für die Besitzer, keine gute Reklame!

This is a wonderful hotel. Every staff member was really friendly. Newly refurbished, everything was sparkling and very clean.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhätnis. Übernachtung sowie Essen. Beim Essen noch vieles hausgemacht. Freundlicher und kompetenter Service.

Cozy hotel, clean and comfortable room. There is on-site parking and it's a few minutes away from Gate 5 of the Hohenfels Training Area.

The electronic key card didn’t work and I was locked out. The reception desk closes at 9pm and no one will ever answer the phone. I had to walk around the neighboring houses to find the owner to get into my room on two occasions. If you show up after 9pm or have issues after 9pm with access. Forget it. No late checkin. Thursdays the restaurant is closed and the reception closes at 6pm. I’ve been going here for over 20 years now. Service has gone progressively down in the last 3. That was my last stay there. Never again.

Hotel is in perfect location and great condition. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. It also has a nice restaurant.

Cups in the room were dirty. Not a good room for someone with back or neck issues as the ceiling was very low over a 1/4 of the room. Minimal interaction with the staff. No problems. He was efficient. Couldn't get to the desk without great care.

Room was very clean but the refrigerator did not work. Also, the room faced the clock tower that had a bell that rang all night. Also, smoking was permitted below my window and the smoke was entering my room. I had to close the window and temperatures in the room were then quite high. Individuals were smoking below until 1230 am.
