I feel very lucky to have chosen your hotel for my first visit to Munich. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Evangelos for his outstanding hospitality until the very end of our stay.
Thanks to his kind guidance, I never felt like a stranger in the city. He was incredibly helpful with directions to the city center, restaurant recommendations, and always went above and beyond with true gentlemanly hospitality.
My trip to Munich will always remain a beautiful memory, thanks to the Mercure Munchen City Schwabing and Mr. Evangelos. Thank you very much for everything!

市内中心部に地下鉄1本で行けるロケーションに目が行きがちだが，空港バス乗り場まで地下鉄1駅というロケーションがよい。スタッフもフレンドリーなので，予算が合うなら次回も利用したい。

車での旅で敷地内パーキングがあるとのことでこちらのホテルにしました。パーキングはホテルの入口左手のシャッターから入るのですが、急な下り坂を2階降り、駐車エリアも一台ずつのスペースがかなり狭かったです。ホテル自体は一人部屋だとシャワーのみ。ベットはセミダブルでした。電気切れとかの交換が無かったりしたので総合的には３つにしてあります。

O cafe da manhã somente em um hotel, Mercure em Köln, que foi maravilhoso! Nos demais não tomamos!
Mas o que deixou a gente mais descontente foi nos hoteis de Nürnberg e em Berlim que fomos muito mau atendido na recepção, pouca informação, pouca simpatia, e zero educação. São hoteis que nas nossas próximas estadias nao optaremos e tão pouco indicaremos.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. The window can be fully opened and the heating is quite strong. However, there was a smoke smell in the corridor and in the room. Not sure if it was from the previous guests. There was no fridge in the room, which could be quite useful

The location is very close to the centre of Munich so very suitable, and 5 minute walk to the closest underground station. Street parking was limited so we opted for the underground hotel parking which was quite expensive, but probably normal for hotel parking. We don't eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. I did find the bed a little too firm for my liking. I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room which they did not have.We are fans of the Accor Hotel chain.

I've stayed at the Mercure a few times in the past as a traveling BMW employee, and was pleased to find as a leisure traveler it's retained its same good quality. It's a great location, clean, quiet and friendly. Breakfast buffet as it should be (loved the weisswurst!) My only complaint was the steep cost increase due to Oktoberfest. But I know all hotels in MUC gouge during the fest. Stay here when the fest is over.
