部屋、スタッフ、朝食など、すべてが素晴らしかったと思います。またエッセンに行く機会があったら、必ずここに泊まりたいと思っています。

繁華街からは近すぎず遠すぎず、周囲に大きな建物がなくて、最上階（5階）ということもあり、眺めがよいホテルでした。 ５泊して一度もタオルの交換が無かったのは残念。

全体を通して大満足です。朝食も美味しいし、部屋もきれいでした。

チェックイン時間前10：45ごろに到着し、荷物を預かってもらうつもりでフロントに声をかけましたが、すでに清掃の終わっている部屋にチェックインできました。 4泊5日の滞在で、ホテルで朝食を食べられるのは2日だけだったので、朝食なしのプランにしました。朝食は１日19€。パンの種類が充実していておいしかったです。その他トマトとモッツァレラのカプレーゼ、スクランブルエッグ、ソーセージ、ベーコンなどホテルの朝食としては定番のメニューがありました。 ホテル内、室内は清潔で快適でした。滞在期間中、タオルの交換はされていなかったと思います。タオルは出かける前の状態そのままでした。説明書きをあまりよく読まなかったので定かではありませんが、エコなのかもしれません。 従業員の接客はよかったです。私の下手な英語も笑顔で聞いてくれました。総合的に満足しています。

Well located. Quiet although the hotel faces to a busy street. Room is large. Bath room is easy to use. Bath tub is equipped. Good particularly for Japanese guests. Breakfast is tasty. Staffs are all well trained and oriented.

Es wäre besser wenn in den Minibar mindestens eine Flasche Wasser gewesen wäre und ein paar Haus Schuhen. Sonst alles gut, frühstück gut

Excellent customer service and very clean and great location

Well presented hotel throughout. A 15 minute walk from Essen Central Station or 7 to 8 minute walk from Philharmonie tube/tram stop. Almost next door to Museum Folkwang. Located on a busy road but little or no traffic noise inside the hotel. Very large room with comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Breakfast options were plentiful and the breakfast room was never too busy. Friendly staff. All in all a great hotel and would definitely stay again if I was in this area.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sehr höfliches Personal. War eine gute Entscheidung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly—always on point with ordering a taxi. Breakfast buffet was extraordinary, with great attention to detail. Grounds were gorgeous, and the church bells next door were like a heavenly concert.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön groß und gut eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfreich.

Great place to stay, enjoy the Goethestubbe the muséum and the Park.

Very nice

The rooms in The Mercure Hotel are large and comfortable with a good bathroom, everything is very clean. If you stay at the Mercure Hotel, you Can easily walk to the town centre and the Main station, if you walk along the Huyssen Aller (runs parallel to Bismarckstraße). If you don’t want to walk very far for a metal, just cross the Folkswang Bridge (pedestrian) and turn right. There you Will find small local restaurants. Ofcourse you are very near to the Folkswang Museum, and that is a must!! Entrance is free of charge, you only pay for the special exhibition. Go to the UNESCO World Heritage, Zollverein, which is a former coal mine and factory. Just jump a tram at the main station.
