ケルンメッセの時に宿泊しました。 主要道路から少し入った裏手にあるため、とても静かでゆっくりとした時間を感じられる宿でした。 レストランは木々に囲まれとてもよい雰囲気です。 来年も是非泊まりたいと思っています。

Kurzer Weg zu Lanxess, zur Übernachtung bei Konzertbesuchen in Ordnung. Für längere Aufenthalte nucht zu empfehlen.

Super ruhige Gegend und perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Quaint typical German hotel, in a great local spot. Downside that the bar advertised wasn’t open during our stay.

Ruhige Umgebung, Lanxess Arena sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Zimmer zweckmäßig, Personal nett. Alles lief reibungslos.

Super nettes Personal! Zimmer mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch komfortabel und die Lage ist super mitten in Deutz 👍

Ich musste wegen fehlendem Code und Nicht Erreichbarkeit ein weiteres Hotel buchen. Mieser Service - Nie wieder dieses ... Hotel

Soweit alles okay aber beim reinigen sollte drauf geachtet werden das die Abflüsse gereinigt werden geschweige hat das ganze Zimmer nach kacke gerochen. Also evtl. noch mal lüften wenn neue Gäste kommen

Super fint ophold og sted, dog var baren ikke åben om aften som vi havde regnet med , og var en af årsagerne til vi valgte hotellet !

das Zimmer war im Voraus bezahlt aber das Personal wollte das wir nogmals zahlten. Sie waren, lieder, nicht sehr freundlich.

Clean and modern. Just over the bridge from downtown.

Great hotel in quiet residential area so feels very safe. Conveniently located for Lanxes arena which was our primary reason for visiting and is less than 10 minutes away. But hotel also has good connections to the tram system to access other areas of the city and to the main railway station with regular trains to the airport. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable with twin beds, desk, room safe and good shower. Reception not manned 24/7 but self check in was super easy and communication in advance was good. Receptionist who checked us out was very friendly we didn’t see any other staff during our short break.

Kleinschalig net hotel op loopafstand van de Lanxess arena waar we voor een concert moesten zijn. Nette kamers, rustige omgeving. Goed ontbijt. Goede en vriendelijke service bij de receptie. Receptie is alleen beperkt bemand. Na 18u niet meer. Maar ze bieden prima services om dit op te vangen.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique avec notre enfant de 2 ans. L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du centre-ville permet de se promener sans prendre de transport en commun. le quartier très calme et propre. Peut-Être la chose manquante dans la chambre, c'est un mini réfrigérateur et une petite bouilloire pour faire le repas et garder au frais pour la petite. Le grand plus de l'hôtel, c'est le parking et l'emplacement. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture durant tout le séjour. Malgré le fait, qu'on ne parle ni anglais ni allemand, le personnel fait l'effort pour communiquer avec nous, que ce soit à la réception ou le service de chambre une dame très gentille. Une ville qu'on adore 2ème visite et que nous reviendrons. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation. Merci!

Business Trip

I got to my room one night and noticed what appears to be a scheiße stain on the new duvet from housekeeping. The stain was in an immediately noticeable part of the duvet; the housekeeper almost certainly directly touched the stain with their hand because it is near the fold crease. And of course due to the staffing issues, it’s not like I can just call down to the front desk and ask for a new duvet - there was literally zero staff in the hotel. Now for the non-fecal stuff: there were no tissues available, which is fine, but I don’t go on holiday to do something I already do at home (blow my nose into toilet paper); the bathroom exhaust does not work which will create a long term mold problem in the bathroom; the shower doors themselves have maybe 3cm gaps in the middle and along the floor, and this allows so much water to escape the shower basin and onto the floor that I no longer use the overhead spigot; aforementioned staffing issues means nobody on site after 18:00, which to be honest isn’t really a problem so long as there’s no foreign feces on your bed; the motion-activated sink is a nice thought, but due to the time calibration and high water pressure it is almost certainly using more water for things such as brushing teeth and shaving than I would be using with standard knobs. The hotel was in a prime location, very quiet neighborhood, but that is not enough to overcome everything else.
