大変良いホテルです。

バスタブがないのが日本人には残念です。レストランの朝食は美味しかったです。部屋も広く清潔で落ち着いた色で統一されてました。水（ボトル）のサービスが連泊にはなかったので残念でした。

自動車での移動でないと利用しにくいと感じました。

Overcharged me with unknown facilities Room very basic and dated toilet was damaged with a crack in the basin Tv was in the room but without signal or a connection possibility overall I think it was very much over prised for what we received On a positive point staff were friendly and restaurant was good However I will not returning any time soon

Sauber, komfortabel und großzügig

Zimmer ohne Aussicht, Fernseher viel zu klein, 2 km vom Ceentrum, dafür zu teuer!!

Nice hotel with a nice location at the Aasee, especial good for guests with dogs. Around 20 min. Walk to the city. City was very Call and Nice not so many tourist here in the middle of August. Not so Many car parking places could be more. Room Big and fine. Only complain was an expensive breakfast at 28€ that not match the assortment and quality of the food. The hotel restaurant was on the otherside very good and very good personal service.

PROS: Nice room, with a fab bed and mattress. Lovely and clean, also had a fridge which we were grateful for as it was super warm out. Staff friendly and helpful. There was flavoured water in the reception for guests to drink. Good value for money hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Would possibly stay again. CONS: Found the glass door to the bathroom a bit odd. Was under the impression that there would have been a Nespresso machine on the room but there wasn’t. Furniture in the lobby looked tired. The breakfast was very expensive so we went elsewhere each morning.

Only problem was parking space for a high camper. We needed to park outside the hotel on public road.

Sehr nettes Personal. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück mit extra Buffet für Vegetarier und Veganer, dass nicht nur einen Aufstrich enthält. Der Magen konnte gar nicht alles ausprobieren. Freundliches Entgegenkommen bei den Parkgebühren.

Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich, unpraktisch war im Zimmer die Badetür, die fast durchsichtig war, wir waren von Samstag auf Sonntag im Hotel, es war ungünstiger weise eine Feier die sehr laut gewesen ist, bis in die Nacht hinein

Toppen för mig som satt i rullstol, mycket bra anpassat rum. Toppen 👍

Receptionist was rude with the answer about the parking outside was limited at the incheckning.

Rundherum ein ganz toller Kurzurlaub. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung während des Kongresses nicht gerechtfertigt.

Alles spitze

Schöne Zimmer, phantastisches Frühstücksbüffet, hundefreundlich und wunderschöne Umgebung am Aarsee. Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar!

Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar

Es war sehr erholsam, das Hotel liegt perfekt ruhig und doch mit einem kleinen Spaziergang stadtnah. Das Frühstück war extrem lecker und das Personal trotz Sonderwünsche sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank!
