Mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war herrlich ruhig und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert.

立地は駅や大聖堂から近く、分かりやすい。部屋も清潔感がありモダンでオシャレです。バスタブはありませんでしたが、使いやすいシャワールームがありとても良かったです。wifiも無料、グラスと栓抜きが用意されていて、さすがドイツ!!部屋でもビールが楽しめました。

ケルン中央駅を降りて、大聖堂前を通り、石畳街を歩いていると今日の宿屋に到着します。
内装はとても現代的で綺麗です。
スタッフ：４
客室が限られている分、スタッフの手が隅々まで届いていると思います。
日本的な丁寧なサービスが受けられますので、とても満足できます。
こちらからの質問の意図をしっかりと捉えて応えてくれていたわけではなかったので、▲１としました。
ホテルの設備およびコンディション：４（部屋の快適度：４）
新しいホテルのせいか、設備自体がとても「かたい」です。
・入り口のドアは床の絨毯に引っ掛かります。
・トイレ・浴室の引き戸はレールに油が引かれていないのか滑りにくいです。

到着時刻が遅くなってしまい、入り口がクローズ。インターフォン越しに会話し、中に入るとカードキーと手紙が置いてあり、無事にチェックイン⁈できました。

何よりアクセスが良く、大聖堂周辺を観光するのに便利です。
部屋はモダンなデザインで、広さは十分。ティーサービス、ドライヤー、セキュリティボックス、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラックなどの設備も良く、ベッドも広くて快適でした。
デスクまわりも、電源やスイッチなどが1か所にまとまっていたので、パソコンを使用してのデスクワークや、携帯電話の充電などもしやすかったです。
バスタブがついていたらさらによかったですが、シャワーはお湯の出も良くてバスルームも清潔で問題はありません。
エレベーターがなかったのですが、チェックインの際はホテルの方に荷物を運んでいただけたので問題はありませんでした。

We loved our stay at Stern am Rathaus. Andy, Francisco, and Kai were very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. On our first day, Andy went above and beyond to give us some great recommendations on things to do around Köln. The entire staff was friendly. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, location was GREAT! Will be staying here again on our next stay.

What a truly exceptional hotel! You can tell what pride the staff take in making their guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Francisco especially went out of his way to give recommendations and help with all aspects of my stay. Great location, an easy 5-minute walk to the main train station and cathedral (thanks to clear instructions provided by the hotel in advance). The rooms are cozy, very clean, and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet is the best I had on my multi-city trip! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

My stay here was delight from start to finish. All of the members of staff I interacted with we exceptionally friendly and kind, the breakfast in the mornings was varied and excellent all around, the room was well equipped and perfect for one person. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located to the main train station and key sights in the city. Can only highly recommend if you are going to be in Köln!
