Very kind and efficient staff

I would not recommend anyone to go there! It’s like a a little motel, cheap looking inside and out! There is a bar below the facility and you have noise throughout the night. Drunk people fighting and yelling nonstop! Directly in front is a bus and taxi pick station. You have to use a bucket to catch water to shower. The hallway has a censor light that comes on halfway through, very scary. The door seems like if you give it a real push it would open. The bed is as hard as a rock literally. I didn’t sleep the one night I stayed there. I left the next day because it was scary!

The hotel kept losing electricity, had to shower with cold water. Did not offer airport pick up or drop off.

The hotel advertised free breakfast but only offers bread and coffee. That is terrible.

It was lovely. Staff were compassionate and I had a good stay.

It was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at! There were hardly anything good about staying at this hotel! The room had a lingering moldy smell! The pillows were dirty, had stains, and smelly along with some of the sheets. There was a water leak in the bathroom due to the broken hot water system! The girl who cleaned the room did a terrible job! I had to remind her on a few occasions to change the dirty towels. The breakfast was only an egg sandwich with either tea or milo every morning! The WiFi was so slow that I could not upload any videos. In addition, be warned that the hotel is not as nice as the images that they upload on their website suggest. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone! You were warned!

Ease of checking in

First of all if you are a international visitor please be advised this is located in the boonies. Be Aware. You can take Uber or you will be taking local transport it is not close enough to walk to anywhere that's not local food. The hotel does not have hot water, smells like paint and chemicals. Cold water showers only. Yes breakfast and wifi was provided however the breakfast has actually pieces of trash in it. Ac works great but only one setting, freezer. The staff was barely hospitable, loud (woke up due to staff arguing several times) and did not show much interest in my comfort until the last day when they wanted to know if I was checking out 2 hours early. I don't know what was in the water they used for the tea the last day but it made me violently ill. I will never book this place again.
