朝食が美味しくなかったがそれ以外のサービスはとてもよかった

I stayed in the chalets with a group. There were two bed rooms and dining kitchen & living room. I supposed to cook dinner by myself but as a result I didn't need to cook. Breakfast was nice with a variety of foods. Environment is good with nice garden, friendy and well-trained staff.

It's all about the staff. Right from the beginning Josephine (the front desk lady) was awesome to deal with. I was fortunate to have her again during my check out and she made it seamless for me. Provided me with payment options and was patient with me. She represent the brand well. The restaurant staff were very patient and nice. I was always late to come out for food, however they accommodated me and made my stay enjoyable. The facility was quite to my satisfaction and I was able to get my needed rest.

The people were all welcoming and kind. The room was updated, modern and very quiet in spite of the noisy traffic not far away. The pool was not usable because they were treating it and the attendant didn't tell us this until I went to ask for a towel. It was not clean in time for us to use it before checking out. It would be nice to post this or let us know before we lathered up with sunscreen and almost jumped in the pool.

I liked how spacious the room was. Little challenge with cleanliness of the sheets and towels but those were quickly and seamlessly resolved.

Very hospitable staff, delicious breakfast spread with fresh fruits and coconut! My flight wasn’t departing until late hotel staff gave me generous grace period in check out. Much appreciated!

Loved Fiesta Royale. Will always stay there before I fly. Easy shuttle to airport. Great food!

Great place to stay! We were tired and didn’t get out and explore around the hotel but everything in the hotel was very nice.

Everything about the hotwl is amazing. From the food, environment even the room. I would say what needs to be addressed is temperature of the water when showering. Hot water is very mild. Then the TV in the rms are difficult to operate. Overall love the hotel

Always a really nice and easy time at Fiesta Royale. Easy to get a taxi, pretty central location and well kept grounds

Not a bad hotel but it wasn’t for me. The pool was green not swimmable, the staff wasn’t too Friendly besides the doorman they were great ! Restaurant/bar area expensive prices are USA prices, compared to the rest of the area it’s better to eat out. This is more of a business hotel,meetings etc not for vacation.kitchen closed very early ,No microwave to use at night ! No irons were available wouldn’t go back

It was my first visit to the hotel and my first engagement was a let down as I was entitled to an upgrade as a Gold member but the staff lied and told me I had indeed been given an upgrade but I discovered soon after I was in the room I had initially booked. That aside the room I had was large and well fitted. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, shower and hot water very good. The staff were very friendly. Housekeeping staff were friendly and did a great job. The breakfast buffet had a good choice albeit African focused. Well placed for the airport and Accra Mall. I would stay again
