大変残念ですが一部の従業員はとてもよくないです　それと週末は直ぐ前にオープンのクラブがあるので深夜まで大きな音が流れるので少しやかましいです

If you want a no frills space in heart of Osu, then this is a good spot. It is clean the staff is nice, and it is small boutique place. It would be nicer if they upgraded the towels and bed linens. Also, the food at Frankie's is good and apparently, it's the place to be. Had a great stay.

The staff was unbelievably accommodating. Rex at the front desk went above and beyond. His help turned what could have been a disaster into a most pleasurable stay. Thank you Rex.

Frankie's is right on the high street in Osu, walkable to all of the bars, restaurants and shops on Oxford Street and the surrounding streets. The restaurant is good, breakfast has a huge variety of options, and the meals are really generous so you won't go hungry. There is a little bar and terrace outside, a bakery and ice cream parlour, and a shawarma place out front which is really delicious and always busy - great for a not-so-huge meal that is fresh and tasty. I've been going to Frankie's for years to eat, or get ice cream, or go to the bakery. This is the first time I have stayed there and it was great, the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Frankie's Hotel is a really nice hotel. It was our first hotel experience in Ghana, so we didn't have the possibility of comparing it to other hotels. But is really good. The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast ist great and the choices one has are really perfect. Our room was clean and cleaned daily. There are actually no negative things to tell about the hotel itself. Even the area around the hotel is great, because there are a lot of thing to see and experience. But you have to know that this interesting area gets really loud at night, really loud. We didn't expect that even though our tour book said so. If you want to be in an area of Accra where you can find a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, this place is perfect. But if you want to have a good night sleep this hotel is nothing for you. Maybe you should experience the kindness and warmth of the people in this hotel for one night or two but we wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay in Accra.

Set in the heart of Osu, Frankies was a great bolthole. The rooms were clean, if a little slightly dated, however, in terms of location, comfort and the convenience of the fab restaurant downstairs, I would definitely stay again.

Their service is perfect

Room was not ready when I arrive. Room was barely cleaned. This place is dated and in need of renovations

Frankie's is always good. Room is spacious, staff is friendly, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, fridge in the room, free airport pickup, enough choice for breakfast and the location in Oxford Street is cool.

The location was great easy acess to many sites around town. Several dining options and the food was good.

staff was very friendly, rooms are nice. I stayed there a couple times and would stay there again. restaurant had a wide selection of food.

The place and staff are nice

Nice stay for 2 nights which was enough. Central to lots of shops/bars/restaurants. Also not far from Labadi Beach. Great cheesecake in the bakery and breakfast was lovely.
