Very peaceful and beautiful resort, perfect relaxing break.

Rooms are great and have a fabulous view. The resort itself have a very boutique and relaxing feel to it. Only down side to the resort is the food /restaurant like many have reviewed, not the worst but definitely feels below average ( dinner wise).

Staff is phenomenal. We live them all! Food is high quality and delicious. Beds are very comfortable in well designed rooms. Our only critique is that the pool could have been warmer, without an additional cost, as soon as we arrived. Nickel and diming a pool in a luxury hotel like this one seemed odd. It was hard to look longingly at a pool in our room that was too cold to go into in October. Other than that, zero complainants we loved every minute of our stay.

We didn’t realise the cave suite was fake lumpy plaster It felt like The hotel put a lot of emphasis on making sure they got as much money out of you as possible - which was a bit unnecessary No teabags or milk in our suite - no where to buy tea bags The food portions were small Not much flexibility on the breakfast menu options but nice breakfast buffet Music wasnt relaxing at breakfast - a bit euro pop and didn’t lend itself to a high end wellness retreat Service was a bit hit and miss around the pool in the afternoon Suite was clean Nice and quiet We Would like to have had a later check out but there was no flexibility for this - even tho the hotel was not at full capacity Great yoga classes There was no oat milk during our 5 day stay

Séjour exceptionnel dans un cadre exceptionnel ! Un cadre idyllique et apaisant, l'occasion de se reconnecter avec la nature. Le personnel est très serviable !

Très très bel hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Notre chambre avec piscine privée était propre, originale, confortable et pratique. Le restaurant, un peu cher, offre d’excellents plats. Excellents déjeuners et personnel gentils et accueillant. Cependant, suite à un orage, nous avons eu une fuite d’eau depuis la baie vitrée en-dessus de la salle de bain. Il était 3h du matin et cela faisait beaucoup de bruit. Je l’ai tout de suite annoncé et cela a été réparé le matin même. Nous sommes un tout petit peu déçus de ne pas avoir eu un petit dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée. Cela reste toutefois un petit détail négatif sur cette excellente semaine passée chez Acro Suites, merci.

Clean room and nice staff.

The food in particular was embarrassingly poor. The room, architecture, and gym are high points, however the rest of Acro fails to deliver anything resembling a five star experience. It’s basically an instagram filter that feels like it’s run by PE bros.

Upea hotellialue kaikkineen. Maisema todella upea. Cave suite ja etenkin Wave Suite XL todella hienot. Huoneissa oli kuitenkin moni asia rikki tai likainen (oven lukko, aurinkovarjo, wc-painike rikki, lattia ja lasikaide likaiset), ja Cave Suiten terassille roiskui vettä yläpuolella olevan villan uima-altaasta. Myöskään kaikki henkilökunnassa eivät olleet niin sydämellisen ystävällisiä kuin muualla Kreetalla oli tottunut. Suhteellisen pieniä ongelmia, jotka kyllä korjattiin, mutta todella kalliiseen hintaan nähden niitä ei olisi saanut olla.

Tontti on kaunis ja upea, vuorenrinne avoimelle merelle. Hotellin alue siisti ja tyylikäs. Huone kaunis. Palvelu ei sydämellisen ystävällistä, kuten muualla Kreetalla. Huoneen lattia ja kaide olivat likaiset, oven lukko ja aurinkovarjo rikki. Pienehköjä ongelmia, ellei huone maksaisi lähes 900€/yö. Silloin mitään tällaista ei saisi olla. Hotelli olisi noin 1/3 hinnan arvoinen.

This was the perfect getaway and the staff was great.

Incredible property, even better than the pictures. This is a very quiet and relaxing experience. A little tucked away but they make having a car very easy. I honestly have nothing but the best things to say about this place. Service was incredible.

un hotel magique dans la nature, il faut des rideaux occultants plus grands, les lumieres des interrupteur et de la clim sont trop puissantes il faut les baisser.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I definitely would. It’s such a romantic and private getaway—truly something special. The food is out of this world, with amazing dishes from all over. The staff are incredible and make you feel so cared for. Even the gym is great—super clean and fully equipped. And the sunsets here? Absolutely unforgettable.

Room was extremely comfortable, hotel is breathtakingly beautiful and staff is awesome and attentive - food is fantastic, but extremely expensive, as is the hotel, generally speaking.

We loved staying at the Acro Suites. The hotel is relaxed and quiet. The staff are very attentive and approachable. We loved our cave room and spent a lot of our time there. There is a small beach not far away which is beautiful and has a few restaurants and shops. If you go, ask the staff and they will take you on a golf buggy. We will definitely be returning and we thank all the people who made our stay so special. Great breakfasts too!

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. We stayed at Acro for the end of our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed in a cave suite and it was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. We loved having access to our own private pool every day. The food is great, and the daily breakfast was awesome. Highly recommend the shakshuka and chocolate pancakes, and the daily buffet was also really delicious and fresh. We loved the atmosphere -- there aren't many rooms and it is adults only, so it was very quiet and relaxed, which is exactly what we wanted. It's perfect for a romantic trip. All of the amenities and facilities were really wonderful as well, especially the spa. The true highlight, however, was the staff. From the moment we checked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and truly made our stay what it was. They remembered our names and room number and were happy to assist with anything. Because of the staff, I cannot recommend Acro enough. We don't normally return to the same hotel or location as we like to try something new when we travel, but because of the staff, we will absolutely return and are already talking about when we should plan our next trip.
