Staff were very friendly

Large party dominating the smaller pool, playing games thus restricting our use of it including use of oversized flamingo inflatable. Disappointing there was no supervision of pools.

Loved our stay, it was perfect.

Everything was excellent. They organized transfer to and from airport for us. Nice pools. Beach with number of restaurants is near hotel. Thanks to Maria and team for excellent hospitality

The location was great if you want to be walking distance to the beach and bus stop.

Great location, great staff, very clean. Breakfast was a good standard. Only downside was bar food and drinks were expensive and your not allowed to eat or drink any food bought from outside the hotel so when we spent the day at the pool it was quite expensive. Cabs to and from the airport are also expensive €20 each way (for a 5 min journey) and on the way back our driver picked up another couple and charged us €20 each!! Good idea to take Scented nappy sacks for used toilet paper as you cannot flush... maids cleaned the room daily and emptied the bins but still glad we took the nappy sacks..

The room renovation is quite new and modern. Very comfortable. Swimming pool size as compared with other hotels is large and reasonable. Nice service. When we asked by email about the transfer from airport, the hotel gave nearly immediate reply and suggestion. Very helpful ! But sofa bed is bit narrow for a normal adult to sleep. Nevertheless, the sofa bed quality is so far nice.

Two pools (one more family oriented by the restaurant) and one which was quieter around the back. Very good desk staff!! Friendly, welcoming, great knowledge of the island.

Struttura in buonissima posizione rispetto al lungomare di Kamari, ricco di ristoranti e negozi, oltre alla spiaggia in sabbia e ciottoli “neri”. Edifici di recente costruzione, hall accogliente e personale gentile e garbato. Disponibili due piscine, bar, lettini ed ombrelloni, oltre ad una piscina per bimbi. A pochi metri di distanza due supermercati h24, ristoranti, parcheggi e la spiaggia a 100m circa. Stanze ben pulite quotidianamente ed accoglienti: ampie, con balconi e/o terrazze (non sempre private). Colazione con ampia scelta, maggiormente con prodotti in stile anglosassoni. Consigliatissimo!

A really nice clean, modern hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are three swimming pools within the hotel complex and there are plenty of sunbeds. There's even a gym. It's only a short walk to the beach, shops and a huge selection of restaurants, and there's a supermarket just across the road. It is only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, but the proximity to the airport means that planes fly pretty low over the hotel when they are coming in to land. This is a bit of a surprise when it first happens, but it doesn't happen that often and, after a while, you don't even notice them. Overall, a great hotel.

Het is een schoon en netjes hotel en het heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Het hotel heeft ook een goede ligging. Wat ik minder vond was dat gasten strandbedjes aan het zwembad reserveerden door hun handdoeken erop te leggen en hierdoor was het soms lastig een plekje te vinden. Deze gasten waren soms voor uren weg en hielden deze strandbedjes bezet. Het ontbijt was prima en het personeel was vriendelijk.

la struttura è bellissima, personale molto cortese e accogliente, manca solo, visto che ci sono molti turisti italiani almeno una figura che parli la lingua italiana, comunque lo consiglierei sia a famiglie con bambini che a giovani coppie

Excellent hotel. Only stayed one night, but would have love staying longer. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool at the center is excellent. Service was nice and free breakfast was good. Kamari is also a very very convenient location in Santorini (in my mind way better than Fira). Been closed to the airport was not an issue at all (just a few flights a day, noise level is fine, did not hear anything at night).

Pour un hotel de cette catégorie et à ce prix on aurait pu prétendre à mieux. L'insonorisation est mauvaise et le vitrage laisse passer tous les bruits de la rue et de l'hotel. Le ménage : la femme de ménage se contente de passer la serpillière le matin donc sans aspirateur on retrouve le soir les poussières et autres sables... Nous avons eu droit à deux lits jumeaux sur roulettes... et les roulettes sans frein ca roule... le personnel est en revanche très sympathique et très serviable ils sont intervenus très rapidement pour déboucher la douche et le lavabo. Mais ils parlent très fort dans leurs talkies-walkies le matin et comme les portes et fenêtres laissent passer tous les bruits... vous êtes réveillé tôt en fanfare. Le moteur de la piscine fonctionne jour et nuit dans un bruit de ronronnement très désagréable mais nécessité fait loi on a besoin de dormir donc on s'y habitue. La clim fait un bruit de clim. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et très bon. L'hotel est très bien placé à quelques dizaines de mètres des plages, un loueur de quad et voiture tout près et un supermarché et un DAB tout près et c'est très appréciable.

This hotel is in the perfect location - 2 min walk from Kamari beach, LOTS of restaurants and bars to choose from, and right opposite a car rental place that was also very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel were amazing - there was nothing we asked that they didn't accomodate. For instance, there are no kettles in the rooms. But if you just ask at the front desk, they have a kettle sent to your room. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety. And there are two pools - one is mainly for families and one was quieter so we choose to use that one. I definitely recommend staying here! Only a 10 min taxi to the airport too. The only downside is that taxis the hotel books for you tend to always be late. So book your airport transfers 30 mins earlier than you actually need them to be.

It was all great! The only drawback would be some small ants on the floors whic was a bit of a nuisance. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

Flott hotell, nydelig og variert frokost, passe stort, lett å få solseng, skjønn (og nok) betjening, gode senger, store rom, aircon fungerer og nok varmt vann. Rent og pent.
