Alles bestens personal sehr zuvorkommend Anlage und Zimmer sehr sauber das Essen ist teilweise zu mittags und abends kalt

We had a lovely time at the Agapi resort. The whole experience felt seamless and relaxing. The team were friendly and helpful throughout and the hotel itself was clean, well laid out and seemed a good size for all the guests.

This was our 4th stay at Agapi and we will keep coming back. We love it here!! Daria, Theodora and Jannis are a big part of the reason we feel so comfortable. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome!

Un accueil au top encore merci à Nadia et à toutes les personnes de l'accueil ainsi qu'au niveau des différentes installations (Erika pour le spa et Anastasia pour ne citer que quelques prénoms). Nous avons passé un superbe moment dans cette hôtel qui nous a permis de découvrir la Crête et la formule all inclusive. Dommage que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas et que les services spa n'étaient pas compris. Encore un grand merci

Das Buffet im Rest. Taverna ist super. Im Hauptrestaurant, Selbstbedienung auch mit Getränken. Leider keine frisch gepressten Getränke ausser ein Krug welches jeweils von Tag zu Tag geändert wird - Smoothie mässig. A la Cart Italian und Taverna für den ganzen Urlaub gleich reservieren. Buffet im Hauptrestaurant war nicht wirklich meins. Bungalow sind sehr schön eingerichtet hochwertige Möbel. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Daria an der Rezeption mega hilfsbereit. Zimmer wird immer gereinigt. Strand und Meer 1A! Komme definitiv wieder.

It was our first time trying an all-inclusive holiday, and we definitely enjoyed our stay at this resort. Overall, it was a great experience. There were just two things we personally didn’t love: the buffet restaurant, which felt a bit too hectic for our taste as we generally prefer calmer dining environments, and our room in the annex. While the resort offers smaller à la carte restaurants—which we ended up really enjoying—the buffet just wasn’t our style. As for the room, we stayed in the annex, and unfortunately, those rooms felt quite dated and worn. I’m sure the already modernised rooms are lovely, but the annex could definitely use an update. That said, since we didn’t spend much time in the room, it wasn’t a big issue for us. The staff were all incredibly friendly, the pools and the entire resort are well maintained, and the beach is beautiful. All in all, a very positive stay!

Nous avons dù demander un surclassement de chambre parce que malgré que la chambre ëtait rénové, elle avait un mini balcon face à la rue. Avec la surclassement nous avions une suite junior nouvellement rénovée. Directement suur la piscine avec une vue partielle sur la mer. C’était parfait. La nourriture du buffet était excellente. Le resto Italien à la carte était plutot ordinaire. Nous avons mieux mangé au buffet. L’hotel offre une bellle ambiance.

This property is so beautiful and the staff were all wonderful. The food at all the restaurants was great!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage zum ein paar Tage erholen und entspannen

Day 1) Reported issue with AC. Later made aware of issue affecting AC as well as no WI-FI/TV in recently renovated rooms. WI-FI/TV later resolved, AC never full operational, advised to open balcony. Buffet-Only. Told that restaurants were not included in AC and special entertainment such as Olive Oil, Cooking Classes, etc completely booked prior to arrival. Never informed of need to book in advance. Reported to both Hotel and Expedia that we were unhappy with accommodations requesting to be removed. Day 2) Upon checking status of request, hotel was not responsive. Hotel left apology note and bottle of wine. Again, informed of our desire to move. Day 3) Status check, hotel still not reachable. Spoke with Guest Relations, Offered complimentary massage. Made them aware again of our request to move and need to respond to Expedia Day 4) Informed we’d get a response in 72HRS (after departure) then later told that request had been denied, hotel refused to release us. Very Disappointed in Stay and method for handling issues such as these

The staff, location, food and room were quite excellent. Can’t wait to go back!
