スタッフの方がとても親切で観光案内等もまめなアドバイスをくれた。朝食がとても充実していた。建物は古いが、清潔さは素晴らしい。

スタッフの方々はとても感じが良く、色々と助けて頂きました。観光スポットから近く、また地下鉄やバス停からも近く便利な場所でした。近くでパルテノン神殿を眺めながら食事ができるレストランや、スーパー、美味しいイタリアンのお店がありました。部屋も広く、ベランダもとても広くて、夜にベランダで食事をすることができました。カーテンが薄く、特に夜に向かいの建物から見えるのではないかと気になった事があり、それの改善は望みます。総じてとてもいいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。

駅から近く、観光するのにアクセスが良好です。 新しめのホテルではないですが、快適に過ごすことができました。ただ、大きいホテルなので団体客がおり、私たちの時は学生の団体旅行があったため、朝食の時は少し煩かったです。落ち着いて朝食をとりたい人は避けた方がいいかもしれません。

The only thing good about the hotel is the location other than that, the hotel itself is below average.

This hotel is near many restaurants and shopping and is in walking distance to the Acropolis Museum and hills. Staff is friendly, breakfast was delicious and we had a great time. There are elevators and only a few steps at the entrace for those with mobility issues. Taxis can pull up directly in front of the hotel (a cab driver told us he couldn't and made us walk a block when he could have drove around the block in front of the hotel.. don't let them tell you to walk to the hotel!). Great staff and roof and wonderful location!

The hotel was quite fine for the 3 days we spent in Athens. Great location and the breakfast buffet was definitely a big plus! A little outdated but it doesn’t really matter, it was comfortable and the staff was very kind.

Right on the corner of the Acropolis. Restaurants and shopping on walkable distance. Good breakfast with excellent variety to please everyone one. It easy for us to leave our luggage and head to the Acropolis on our last day.

Excellent location with equally hospitable staff. While the facilities are a bit dated, the outstanding service, included breakfast, and unbeatable location more than make up for it—absolutely worth the trade-off.

We stayed at this hotel a week ago & I have been reflecting on our stay since. On the positive side it was a great location only a 100m from the Acropolis & right in the buzz of old town Athens. On the downside it is definitely not a 4 star hotel, a basic 3 star at best. Whilst the lobby looks great the rest of the hotel is not so well maintained & quite dated. Original room For 3 people only had 2 bath towels & 1 hand towel Carpet was soaking wet from a flood/spill Safe key could not be located by staff Door lock worked intermittently (told by staff to give it a jiggle & keep trying) Moved rooms Sliding bathroom door came of the track multiple times (staff said this was a common problem) Shower did not drain so you stood in 2 inches of water We had a first floor room above the conference room, the whole of Sunday loud music and PA system were used into the evening. Multiple key cards failed during our stay Prior to our arrival I had emailed to say that I have a gluten & diary allergy, to check they able to cater for this. On the first morning at breakfast I asked what I could eat & was made to feel very uncomfortable & advised that the only thing I could eat was the cooked potato & boiled egg from the extensive selection on offer. It has been a long time since I have been made to feel so uncomfortable for having allergies. I ended not eating in the hotel at all. Overall a great location but needs a lot of maintenance to the rooms & better customer service.

Very close to Plaka, they let us very early check in for the three reserved rooms we had

The room was quite sparse but the location was extremely convenient. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was exceptional for this moderately priced hotel. I would stay again.

Overall good price for the location! The street it is on has a large garbage dumpster so it was pretty smelly walking into and out overall would stay here again though!
