Room was kept clean, the cleaners are so friendly as were the pool/bar staff as well as spa. Emma the spa manager was lovely as was our therapist Dimirta. The receptionist Marta was absolutely rude on arrival and her attitude during our check in and room assignment was just shocking. The manager was able to correct and give us an alternative room which was what we paid for. Sea view room. The hotel should give guests complimentary late checkout especially when they are not so busy. The hotel is beautiful and the food did not fail during our half board stay. The soft drinks are overpriced but there is a local spa which is more affordable.

The hotel come with private beach, great for the family. The hotel is clean, staff is extremely nice. It is very close to the village.

Excellent location. Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. Really enjoyed all 3 pools, the nearby beach, and everything within walking distance! My room type should not have been listed as it is “ Dazzling Blue Sea View Outdoor Hot Tub”. It is a ground floor room directly facing a fairly busy pedestrian street. Flip up blinds were closed the entire stay, so this room doesn’t truly offer even a peak view of the ocean, let alone a “dazzling blue sea view”. Had a great time while in Crete, but wish they would market this room type honestly, as it was disappointing and I think false.

L’hôtel est comme sur les photos ainsi que les chambres. Le repas du matin, midi et soir est très bon et varié. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel Juste petit soucis, la femme de ménage nettoie pas en profondeur la chambre et ne change pas les tasses, verres utilisés par les clients.

Het was een geweldige verblijft, ze waren erg behulpzaam maar alles was perfect. Ik hou echt van dit hotel.

All staff were first class, Stefanos the Restaurant Manager was five star and personable in attendance to us and it was a joy to chat with him. The pools are all amazing and accessible beach made the stay enjoyable.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel und wir verstehen die guten Bewertungen wegen des Services überhaupt nicht. Der Service an der Reception war nicht zuvorkommend, beim Check-Out waren sie sehr abwesend und haben sich nicht mal bedankt und beim Frühstück ging es sehr lange bis mal jemand gekommen ist. Das Zimmer und die Hotelanlage sowie die Lage allgemein waren aber sehr schön. Jedoch waren wir geschockt wegen der Situation mit den Pool-Liegen, sowas haben wir noch NIE erlebt! Der Pool öffnet um 9.00 Uhr und obwohl in den Hotelregeln steht, dass keine Reservationen der Sonnenliegen erlaubt ist, stehen ab 8.15 Uhr die Leute mit Ihren Tüchtern am Poolrand in einer SCHLANGE an! Es werden sogar Absperrungen dafür aufgestellt. Nur damit man noch einen freien Platz am Pool bekommt! Das war echt das allerletzte und sehr unangenehm. Aufgrunddessen gehen dann alle zur gleichen Zeit ans Frühstücksbuffet, weshalb es überlaufen ist.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht. Das Hotel hat uns dann jeweils entscheiden lassen, ob wir anstelle Abendessen lieber Mittagessen möchten. Das fanden wir super und haben oft das Mittagessen gewählt. Abends haben wir meist in verschiedenen Restaurants im Ort gegessen.

The Akasha Beach Hotel & Spa offers a luxurious getaway right on the beach. The rooms are modern, clean, and offer breathtaking sea views. The spa area is top-notch, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A wonderful place for a relaxing vacation! Gladly again!

Es ist ein Kiesstrand und etwas zu klein. Es befinden sich grosse Steine im Meer. Strandschuhe ist ein muss

pas du tout apprécié cet hôtel accueil et manager à l’accueil hautain 5 étoiles mais ne correspond pas du tout aux autres hôtels de même catégorie moins chers et beaucoup plus luxueux que celui-ci piscine et transats complet à 8h30 aucune place dans la piscine principal music trop forte et piscine inaccessible trop de monde et d’enfants qui crient et la seconde piscine un peu ridicule mais il n’y a que ici qu’on pouvait se poser car aucun transat libre sur la plage avec des gros rochers pour y acceder il faut mettre des sandales il y a tellement d’autres coins plus beaux chic et luxueux à moindre prix sinon accueil du personnel restauration adorable et les chambres sont belles et confortables

The Hotel was very nice, good Buffet, very clean and directly on the beach. Very good located with a lot of shops and Restaurants around.
