Amazing stay, would love to be back soon

Excellent property. Bedding and amenities were on point. Service was excellent and staff felt as if their only purpose was to make sure you had a good stay. They arranged a massage for us in our room and the two ladies who came did an excellent job. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very good. The views were pretty good (nothing compared to Santorini but still pretty good) I will say the emails to “upgrade” your room for a fee seem to be questionable at best as our room was nice but we were not shown any other rooms to compare. The outdoor pool areas of all the rooms seem to be identical and we have no way to know if our 200 euros extra actually got us anything.

This place is so beautiful with an amazing view. The staff was so kind and helpful, I arrived with my elderly mother and they made sure that she will feel as comfortable as possible. I truly recommend to visit and experience the hospitality and care and the beautiful scenery. Thank you 🙏

Beautiful property!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The service was amazing! Great food, great views, great room! I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

We were disappointed with the room and the overall amenities at this hotel. The rooms have no drawers or any place to unpack clothes except for a few hangers in the closet. We were expecting a plunge pool and instead had a hot jacuzzi on our deck- not pleasant in the heat of summer. The common pool is extremely small on only has 5 lounge chairs so guests were forced to sit at tables next to the restaurant. Overall not a well designed hotel. It is also a LONG windy and treacherous drive to get to the hotel so be prepared if you are renting a car. On a positive note the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Loved our welcoming by Maria who will be marrying our son if we are lucky. Hector our driver will be racing in the Greek Grand Prix and likely spraying the DomPerignon at the end of the race. Kostas our server will be running the world one day if we are all lucky. The viewand the stagf make this place uniquely elegant.

Amazing property and staff and service

The views from the Alissachni were beautiful! Sunsets were a plus and the breakfast was lovely! Hector was great picking us up and taking us into town. The staff is very nice and friendly. Only downside is the pools are not heated.

We had the pleasure of staying with the Alissachni for a one-night visit during their first week of opening for the season. The staff were all very amiable and helpful during our stay. Some of the service will need some smoothing out, but I'm sure this will come with more experience during the coming weeks and months. Our room was very large and spacious with a lovely view over the sea. The jetted tub is only heated to a small degree and will rely on the sun's warmth to bring this up to over 30 degrees - please be aware of this if temperatures are still low during your stay. The view from the restaurant and terrace is gorgeous; a perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy some drinks. The food was of a good standard but I would suggest that the menu has some additional options (more sides for mains e.g. a salad as only main salads available?) The cocktail menu was still under development, but the bar manager was very knowledgeable to make a range of drinks. The complimentary transfers to/from the port or airport were much appreciated, as taxi costs are very high on Mykonos. I would also note that a 5-star property could offer more eco-friendly options such as filtered, reusable glass bottles for water, rather than so much plastic but I'm aware this is a wider problem in Greece overall. Perhaps something to look into for the future if possible? Overall, a peaceful and relaxing stay, and I would recommend booking this gorgeous property for a wonderful stay on Mykonos.

Das Personal im Restaurant/Barbereich war sehr professionell, hervorragend und jederzeit hilfsbereit! Das Personal im Bereich Rezeption/Management war überhaupt nicht kundenorientiert und kritikfähig. Zuerst wurde uns das falsche Zimmer bereitgestellt. Erst nach Beschwerde, was denen spürbar nicht gepasst hat, wurde uns das richtige Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Weiterhin war die Beleuchtung im privaten Pool des Zimmers kaputt und man hatte im Gegensatz zu den Nachbarn nicht das gewünschte Ambiente abends. Trotz mehrfacher Anfrage bezüglich einer Lösung, wurde sich gar nicht drum gekümmert. Das Hotel hat auf keinen Fall eine Bewertung über 4,3 Sterne verdient. Generell wissen wir nicht mehr, ob wir uns auf die Angebote von Expedia verlassen können, insbesondere im höherpreisigen Bereich.

This hotel prides itself on robbing you of your money for little to no services. We were put in a room under the dining room, which was extremely noisy due to chairs and tables constantly being moved above us, and were not provided any concessions due to the inconvenience. When the concern was brought to the attention of the manager, she assured us it would be resolved by the next day. We allowed the hotel to resolve the issue. Come the next day, it was not resolved, and we were told to basically get over it. When we stressed we were there to sleep and have peaceful rest, the manager offered us 1 free drink ar the bar to repair the issue. Overall, the front desk and managers are the rudest and most uneducated people to be working at a “luxury hotel.” The only reason we enjoyed our stay was because of the sweet young boys who worked the restaurant and bar who were extremely hospitable.

An outstanding hotel away from all the noisy over populated tourist spots. The staff were extremely courteous and always went out their way to make us feel comfortable.

If you are considering, don’t think any further! Book! Everything about this hotel was phenomenal! The property was clean with the most amazing views. Staff was friendly & accommodating! Maria, Georgia, and my bar favorite Kostas, thank you! We highly recommend this hotel and will for sure visit again.
