アクイラ アトランティス ホテル

施設はきれいで、スタッフの方にも丁寧に対応して頂きました。夕食込みのプランで、料理は美味しく、食べきれないくらいでした。 問題点は、シャワーの温度が低いこと、そして騒音です。シャワーの温度は高くしても、ぬるま湯程度で風邪をひくのでは、と思うほどでした。また私が案内された部屋の前にライブハウスのようなものがあり、音楽の騒音と、若者が騒ぐ声が一晩中続きました。

ツインルームにエキストラベッドをいれてもらい、大人三名で三泊しました。居心地良く、テラスからの港の眺めも楽しめました。屋上のプールや眺めも素晴らしく、フロントでリコメンドされた近くのタベルナも絶美味しく、コスパ良く、最高のクレタ滞在を楽しめました。

I am satisfied because I was able to stay comfortably. I was concerned only that the amenity was not substantial.

今まで25か国余を訪問して100以上のホテルに宿泊しましたが、最高クラスのホテルです。市内での ショッピング・食事に出かけるにも良いロケーションですし、何といっても部屋のエアコンは日本のダイキン製で温度調整もバッチしです。ホテル内のレストラン、バーも快適で各担当者の対応サービスは申し分無しです。早朝（午前4時）チェックアウト直前にはフロントの担当者が態々軽食を用意してくれました。　暖かい珈琲とケーキ・パンですが、大変助かりました。　兎に角最高のホスピタリティーで対応して頂きました。

My daughter and I stayed at the Aquila Atlantis Hotel during our visit to Heraklion. While it didn't have the unique character and intimate atmosphere of some of the boutique hotels we stayed at elsewhere in Greece, it was still a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The hotel's biggest strengths are its location and amenities. It was easy to walk to many of Heraklion's attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront, making it a good base for exploring the city. The property is modern, well-maintained, and offers the services and facilities you would expect from a larger hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our needs. The staff was professional and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. For travelers looking for a full-service hotel in a central location, Aquila Atlantis is a solid choice. It may not offer the charm, history, or personalized feel of a boutique property, but it delivers what it promises: a comfortable stay, good service, and a convenient location for exploring Heraklion. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to visitors who prefer a larger hotel experience or need a convenient base before exploring the rest of Crete.

Very central and convenient location yet away from the crowded high traffic tourist area.

The Atlantis Hotel, which is located in the middle of Heraklion, is the perfect hotel for my recent visit of the beautiful island Crete on the 4th to the 8th of May this early spring. I had great views of the Koules Fortress from the room; the warm hospitality of the front desk and its staff (Maria and her team at the Food & Bev are simply amazing! Thank you, Maria!); the hotel is merely a few hundred steps away from the old town which made it really convenient! All these and more made my husband and I’s holiday there a memorable one! I highly recommend Atlantis Hotel to any future tourist of Crete!

I loved the view I had. I was only there for 1 night and great location and breakfast and al carte menu very good. The bar and restaurant staff wonderful! I wish I had longer to enjoy the pools. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, lovely spacious rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool area had a magnificent view of the port. If you are travelling in or out by ferry this hotel is in the perfect location.
