Wonderful stay! Staff super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and more than your usual hôtel breakfast. Would definitely return.

Located in the heart of Heraklion, the Hotel is waking distance to just about everything but The Palace of Knossos. Near shopping, public transportation, and many great restaurants. Great breakfast buffet. Room was clean and beautifully appointed. Note: FIRST FLOOR is not ground floor. It was a very, very long stair case up to the room. There is no elevator in this building so be warned if you are traveling with heavy baggage.

Relativ Neues, sehr schön ausgestattetes Hotel mitten in der Stadt, Zimmer zur Straße sehr sehr laut, Wunsch nach ruhigem Zimmer wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt. Frühstück ohne Obst und Joghurt, dafür massenhaft Wurst, Käse und Süßigkeiten. Trotzdem mein Lieblings Hotel in Heraklion

We loved the staff.

Great location near the city center. Not so great if you rented your own vehicle. Also had an issue where the shower had no pressure for the hot water that ruined what would have otherwise been a great stay. Great breakfast for the morning to.

A very nice hotel in the city centre, walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are very nice with wood elements giving them a natural and luxurious look.

The staff were the most wonderful and friendly, the area was perfectly walkable to everywhere we wanted to go in the city, and the breakfast options were amazing!

L'hôtel était parfait ,les chambres ravissantes et très propres , le personnel agréable . On peut se rendre à pieds dans le centre qui est très près . Le seul inconvénient , quand on vient en voiture c'est l'étroitesse des ruelles et la quasi impossibilité de stationnement .Il y a un garage payant sur la grande route aui conduit aux ruelles étroites et pas très moin à pieds de l'hôtel . Il faudrait , peut-être , que l'hôtel l'indique au moment de la location de l'hébergement !

While the staff and the hotel itself were great, the area around the hotel was rough and streets were somewhat poorly lit.

Great boutique hotel. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was good and filling. Room was great. Love the layout and decor. Would recommend to anyone going to Heraklion.

Wish this hotel serve also lunch and dinner. ..and sell souvenir items like ballcap and coffee mugs 🍺...

When entering the room, the power should have turned on when the room key was inserted into the holder. However, it was later revealed to be a contact failure, yet they irresponsibly blamed it on a regional power supply issue.

Good hotel in Heraklion city. A bit disappointed when room was not ready even after the indicated check in time.

The staff is very caring and always willing to help. The room was modern and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I loved this property. Nice breakfast offered and a comfortable room with a big king bed. The shower and toilet are in two separate closet type areas at the foot of the bed with the sink and vanity between them. A bit weird, but it works. My one complaint with this B&B as well as most of the B&B‘s in Crete was the plastic mattress protector that they use on the mattress. I can never sleep through the night without waking in a soaking sweat when they are used. I would like to suggest quilted fabric mattress protectors for the hotel. Much more upscale and can be laundered easily. It is a bit unfair to pick on this one Hotel regarding this issue because it exists in most of them. This hotel is in a great location and it’s a fun place to stay.

Didn’t have the best experience… number of issues from day 1, told we’d get some form of compensation but never did. Smaller issues came up throughout the stay which just contributed to the poor experience. Examples - water cut off two days in a row whilst mid shower, had to miss dinner reservations whilst waiting for it to be fixed, AC wasn’t working on day 1, had to ring multiple times to get someone to look at it, they weren’t entirely sure and said the ceiling fan would be enough which I pushed back on, miscommunication between staff - would agree something with one member of staff who wouldn’t pass it on so therefore I was having to call numerous times chasing things up or I would’ve ended up getting called and questioned (late checkout was agreed to a certain time, had a phone call twice during the time we were meant to have our room to ask us when we’re going)
