チェックイン時間前に、荷物を預かって貰いに行くと、本来無いはずの朝食を食べさせてくれました。 部屋もとても綺麗で、大満足です！

All of hotel staff is very kindly and friendly and quickly responses and most helpful when we have questions.The room is very clean and special housekeeping service.Location also good.We could walking to fira central(5min)and the bus station is close by hotel. We didn’t have rent car but the hotel prepared their driver so we can move the other place.(we payed driver fee) I had wonderful stay in this hotel!! It was all perfect!!The staff,housekeeping,nice view from the room,delicious breakfast,pool side,spa. We’d like strongly recommend this hotel to stay for people to santorini and I want to stay again if I visit santorini.

フィラの観光地からは少し離れているが、徒歩でいけるので問題ありません。街から離れている分静かで快適に過ごせました。

サービスが非常に良かったです。受け答えも良いですし、ランドリーの対応、タクシーの手配、オススメの場所を丁寧に教えてくれました。 またいつか利用したいと思います。

バスターミナルからも近く外観はとても綺麗でチェックインの際には、美味しいドリンクを用意してくれました！ レセプションの男性がとってもとっても優しくて気が利いて何もかも彼に質問しました！ 嫌な顔せず色んなことを教えてくれました！ フェリーやツアーチケット引き換えの場所、サントリーニ島内のオススメレストラン、予約、オススメ観光スポットなどなど沢山教えてくれました！ 彼には本当に感謝してます！ 彼のお陰でこの旅行は成立出来たと言っても過言ではありません！ お部屋はとても清潔で、バスルームは浴槽もあり、広かったです！ プールも素敵で、スパもとても良かったです！ なんといっても朝食が豪華でした！ 何十種類ものお料理が朝から楽しめました！ またフィラに来た際は絶対にここのホテルに泊まりたいです！

プールがありリゾートタイプでもあり、繁華街に出るにもタクシーで10ユーロ程度で行ける。 母と二人でホリスティックマッサージを受けたが、母は二の腕にひどいあざのような跡が付いていた。 痛かったらしいが、言葉も通じないので言えなかったらしい。 フロントのスタッフは、みんな感じが良い。

フィラのバス乗り場から徒歩10分以内と便利な立地である一方、町の中心部から少し離れるので静かな環境でした。客室の窓からは遠くに海岸が望めますが、見えるのは島の東側の方です。 朝食ビュッフェは種類も豊富でおいしかったです。従業員の方は皆親切で、温かく接してくださいました。

そちらに2泊しました。中国人の20人？くらいの団体とチェックイン時にかさなったこともあり、フロントではなくプールサイドのテーブルでウェルカムドリンクを頂きながらチェックインをしました。私達の予定を聞いて下さった上で、フィラのオススメレストランや、ワイナリーを紹介して下さいました。紹介して下さったところはどこも良かったです！ (その後団体の方々とは部屋が遠かったのか、騒音はありませんでした。朝食も私達は遅めでしたが鉢合うことはなく、静かに過ごせました。) フロントの方は皆さんとてもホスピタリティーに溢れています。従業員も皆さん笑顔で挨拶をして下さり気持ちが良かったです。 部屋は当日ホットタブ付きの部屋にアップグレードをしてくれました。バスルームの浴槽の清掃をもう少しして欲しいな(見えてないところのカビ等)と感じましたが、ホテル自体は５年目だそうで館内は新しく綺麗です。 朝食も種類もあり美味しかったです。(サラダがトマトとキュウリくらいしかありませんが、そもそもサントリーニのホテル自体、葉物のサラダが少なかったように思います) 何より最高だったのは共有プールです。まだ水が冷たくプールには入りませんでしたが、プールサイドのベッドが最高です。 フィラの中心地や、写真スポットからは徒歩15〜20分ほどですが周りは静かですし、全く苦にはなりませんでした。途中にコーヒーショップや小さなマーケットもありました。 4月下旬で一泊14000円、フィラ中心地でこのクオリティは大変満足でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

ホテルは清潔で、快適でした。 プライベートプールも良い。 サントリーにでの移動手段のメインであるバスの停留所までも近いので便利。 ただし、歩くのはちょっと大変。

部屋も清潔でプールも広く家族連れもＯＫ 子どもＮＧのホテルがフィラ・イアに多い中 問題なく泊まれました

ローシーズンの4月に滞在しました。サントリーニの観光の中心地から徒歩5分圏内、空港や港までも車で10分程度の距離で非常にアクセスが良いホテルでした。部屋も清潔できれいでした。何より、マネージャーや受付の方たちスタッフの方がみんなとても親切で一生懸命対応してくれる温かみのあるホテルでした。閑散期ということもあり、設備が一部メンテナンス不足(エアコン)があるなどしましたが、代替のヒーターを出してくれたり、すぐに対応してくれました。みなさん、英語が堪能ですのでコミュニケーションに不自由はしません。

Amanda, a hosting lady is so much attractive and professional to take care of guests. You can rely most things on her. The hotel is small sized relaxing place. Suite has a private pool. One weakness is location. You need to walk through crowded road bus/cars/motos go through busily and roughly. The hotel locates internal island and not by the sea. Still the view is very nice, but if you prefer location just besides the beautiful side of Santorini, this may not be your choice. In other words, if you do not stick with it, you can stay at good hotel with cheaper price.

アメニティ類が全く役に立たず、高い料金を支払って宿泊するホテルとは思えません。また、このホテルは怪しげなミニバンのドライバーに宿泊者情報を流しているようで、サントリーニに到着した日に頼んでもいないのに空港に迎えが来ていました。ホテルのサービスかと思い利用しましたが、ホテル到着後に法外な利用料金を請求されました。私はその際にその料金を支払いませんでしたが、チェックアウト時にホテルがらさらに高額な利用料金を請求されました。

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 3-month-old baby for 2 nights — and immediately wished we had booked a longer stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We've travelled a lot around the world, but the reception team here truly stood out as the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating we've ever encountered. They made travelling with a young baby remarkably easy and we were so grateful. We booked a Senior Suite with an outdoor terrace and private jacuzzi — and it was absolutely perfect. The space was beautiful, and we loved having the jacuzzi to relax in. The pool area was peaceful with comfortable sun loungers, and breakfast each morning was a lovely experience, made even better by the attentive and kind staff. We also really appreciated the location — just an 8-minute uphill walk to the centre of Fira. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fira.

This was our third stay at Astro Palace, and again we had a wonderful time. The experience started before we left home, with Katerina reaching out to enquire about our timings and transportation. A luxurious Benz taxi and lovely driver took us to the hotel, where we received a warm welcome! It was really great to see everyone again (when they came on shift) and to see new friendly faces. Astro Palace is particularly clean, modern, luxurious and professional. The location, in the Fira, is perfect: 10 mins casual walk from a beautiful sunset and, if you're not renting a car or using taxis, 10 mins walk from the buses to Oia, etc. But what makes Astro Palace special is its people. They are very warm and genuinely invested in guests having a good time in Santorini. The other guests we spent time with expressed the same sentiment. In our case, as we've explored the island many times over the years, this time they recommended more rustic, less touristy places, essentially where they enjoy eating in 2025. And, of course, they follow up when we return to get our feedback. Coming back to reception and hanging out by the bar, catching up, was one of many highlights. A massive thank you to Hope, Katerina, Georgia, Ahmed, Dimitri and the entire Astro Palace family for your hospitality, authenticity and good humour 🙏

Didn’t eat there

It was just pricy. apart from that everything was good. The time we booked the hotel was about 500 CAD per night but when we arrived, if we wanted to book the same nights, it was much cheaper like 350CAD per night.

The room and hotel were super clean. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The limo driver picked me up from the airport with my name on a board, that was cool. They offered to help with scheduling tours, dinners, taxi rides. The breakfast was a beautiful spread of meat, cheese, pastries, eggs, juice, cereal. Lots of options. And a breakfast bag for the early airport flight. I didn’t use the spa service, but I wish I had. I’m adventurous and did a lot of public bus, hikes, runs and even mountain biking. I could have used a spa day. The pool was beautiful with a lovely view of the sea. The jacuzzi on the patio was a great feature, and great for photos- however it did smell of plastic from the plastic cover. Not sure a way around that, perhaps a rubber cover would do the trick.

Staff is very nice. The hotel Itself is clean and the condition Is good. What was a problem is the bathroom shower-every time I was afraid I was going to fall. It was not designed safety. The breakfast- while Included and service was helpful, the food itself was mediocre. The location while about a 12 or so minute walk was not at all safe and not for people who are not strong. Cars will swam past you and not stop. The pool, while very pretty, is surrounded by cars driving around the hotel. Also, my tv was crooked, the programming was “scrambled” Not coming in clearly.

Persönliche Atmosphäre, sehr freundliches, professionelles Personal, hervorzuheben ist die persönliche Betreuung von Georgia an der Rezeption, die ein breites Wissen hat und touristische Empfehlungen sowie Geheimtipps gegeben hat. Die Ausstattung des Hotels, der Zimmer und die Außenanlagen sind luxuriös. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und wertgeschätzt.
