Essen war toll, Zimmer waren ok, die Bar schlecht, der Pool ist absolut nicht schön. Wir würden das Hotel als 3-Sterne Hotel bewerten. Ob wir nochmal buchen würden? Nein!

Les choix de nourriture sont nombreux et très bons. Nous avons été servi par certains membres du personnel de manière très variable; service extrêmement courtois et attentionné de certains, d’autres personnes ont été à la limite malpolies. La chambre était bien mais sans plus. Tout de même, je recommande cet endroit charmant et confortable!

Food excellent, lots of choices and tasty. Reception staff and other staff friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and comfortable Entertainment staff good with lots going on day and night Only negative is the cleanliness of the pool. It is murky and green coloured and we had upset stomach after swimming. Perfect hotel otherwise

Hotel molto carino situato in una località davvero da scoprire con spiagge attrezzate e bel mare. Ideale per famiglie con Acqua park allin terno dellla struttura. Il paese di Bali è caratteristico e bel lungomare con molti ristoranti tipici e negozietti. Unica pecca il bagno davvero troppo piccolo e con doccia aperta molto scomoda

Definitely had its ups and downs. Biggest issues were the housekeeping and room. Room was not renovated, bed was uncomfortable and AC didn’t work well. We had issues with housekeepers taking the key card out of the room. It operated the electricity on the room, so our room was horribly hot and we had to get new keys issued twice.

Ολα μια χαρα στο ξενοδοχείο. Με αρκετα πραγματα να κανει καποιος Ωραιο φαγητο κάι ποικιλία Το μονο αρνητικο ηταν τα πολμα πολλα φωτα στους διαδρομους που εμπεναν μεσα στο δωματιο και στην ουσια ηταν σα να κοιμασε με τα φωτα αναμενα !!!

Struttura con impostazione moderna e appariscente. Nel complesso una buona struttura anche se non propriamente un 4 stelle. Personale gentile. Buffet mediocre. Pulizia migliorabile.

Leider gefiel uns das zuerst zugeteilte Zimmer nicht, da dies nicht wie auf den Bildern beschrieben war und leider auch dreckig war. Nachdem wir dies aber an der Rezeption ansprachen, wurden und direkt zwei andere Zimmer vorgeschlagen von denen uns eines sehr gefiel. Ab da war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Toller Service.

We had a fantastic time at Atali Grand resort. Stayed for 7 nights with wife, 2 kids (9 and 7) and grandmother. Everybody had a great time. Hotel rooms are ok. Tea and coffee facility at room and also few more hooks/shelfs and bath curtain at bathroom would be great but this are minor things. Food was very good, good choice for everybody. Few bits here and there needed touch of salt, lemon juice or some spices but if you complain about food there, you are just spoiled. Nobody from our party complained about food even once! Seafood was fresh (Octopus and calamary was soft and not gummy) Animation team did good job considering they were not provided by Atali hotel but rather from Czech and French travel agents for their clients staying there(guest are mainly French, Czech/Slovaks and Polish) AI drinks were ok, did the job. Staff was amazing. They did the best they could. Considering we payed around 1500 euros for 5 people, two standart rooms and AI (just hotel, no travel cost) this was very good deal and I would return for sure.

The Hotel is lovely. The staff are excellent, especially the Reception. The food was very good. I found the dining room very oppressive. The design is very claustrophobic. It would have been better opened up altogether. The outside dining is lovely.
