Meget venlig personle. Værrelset var overordnet i fin stand. Men værrelset var inclusiv Hut-tub på terressen, der ikke kunne blive varm, Hvilket hotellet bruget flere dage på få løst, uden held.

First of all it was an amazing location. Small walk to all of Athens best locations. The room was great. Loved the bathroom and the jacuzzi was fantastic and worked well which is rarely the case. It could be a little more private but we used it just fine. The spa was wonderful with very welcoming staff. At first we were a little disappointed we had to pay extra for the spa but actually it was a wonderful experience / facilities and we ended up going back. The staff were very friendly / helpful and allowed us a late check out to use the spa and also held our bags until we left for the airport. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

DO NOT STAY HERE. They sold me a room with air conditioning. There was no air conditioning and the room was 26*C. Completely unacceptable. They told me in writing I would receive a refund due to this issue and I then booked another hotel. They have since and Hotels.com has since refused the refund. Absolutely terrible services.

Can be noisy on the stairwell.

We loved the old-fashioned room decor and the convenience of near all tourist attractions. The Fresco room was spacious, and the hot tub at the balcony (bring bathing suit) was a plus after hours of long walks.

Moderne et propre, la configuration des chambres et du petit salon très conviviale. Bémol, les chambres donnant sur le restaurent doivent subir les bruits de portes. Une opération réparation de porte serait de mise pour permettre au client de bien se reposer lors de son séjour. De plus, les lumières de sortie d'urgence dans les chambres nuisent au sommeil. L'endroit est à proximité de l'Acropole et est situé aux abords d'un quartier jeune rempli d'énergie qui seront satisfaire ceux qui aiment profiter de soirées extérieurs et d'un Night Life bien animé.

Restaurant connected to hotel with tons of drink options. The bar staff was verybfriendly and spoke great English.

great location: easy to walk to basically everything you need to see in Athens in minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shops immediately around. the room was fantastic and very large w/a slightly separate sitting area, and was very clean (im picky). I also booked the room w/the outdoor hot tubon the balcony which was really great and relaxing after walking very day for weeks! also not that if you book a room w/breakfast included, the restaurant doesn't open until 8am,so if you have an early flight like it did you wont be able to take advantage of that. Staff was helpful and accommodating, however the check-in desk was located inside the restaurant, which was unusual but the staff helped direct me when they saw me coming w/my bags ... Also helpful, was that there was a small pull-off/parking area in front for taxis/vehicles (this is VERY handy when getting dropped off/picked up), since many hotels in Athens dont have this .. I would definitely stay again!

The entrance is through the restaurant, makes it feel a bit less safe and we had some trouble figuring this out. Checkin/checkout otherwise was easy and straight forward. We had a great stay - the room was amazing, quite big for europe with high ceilings, they could have probably made the bathroom bigger by even just 1 foot on each side, would make a huge difference. Pretty weird though that I was asked for a deposit for the room (or write down a CC number) - haven't been asked this anywhere else.

They had a room with a queen and a single but for some reason they wouldn’t let three of us stay in it. Three women that were going on a cruise the next day and only rented it for one night. We had to get a whole new room for the third person and that was just wrong!

This hotel is really well located but it is worth noting the hotel spa/pool can only be used for 30 minutes a day which must be pre-requested. The breakfast comes at an additional charge which isn’t explicitly clear in the listing. Don’t get excited about your free drink on arrival as it’s only a bottle of water. Most of the staff are really friendly and the staff in the restaurant they share an entrance with are really welcoming as well.

L hôtel a conservé lr caractère remarquable du bâtiment. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Le personnel souriant, serviable. La chambre grande,,bonne litetie, tout est soigné dans le moindre détail.

Sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit Koffer unter zustellen. Man muss eben dem Personal vertrauen. Hat such geklappt.

A Beautiful, clean, well restrored and freshly renovated quaint hotel in the heart of Athens, n Athens , stone throw from Plaka Athens and Monastiraki and surrounded by fabulous dinning options and great shops.

The property was in the perfect location and we loved the spiral staircase and two balconies. The spa downstairs was a nice addition. Would definitely stay there again.

We really appreciated the kind and welcoming staff at check-in, and the room itself was charming—clean, quaint, and in a fantastic location close to great shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. It was a lovely setting for the final night of our 25th anniversary vacation. However, there were a few aspects of our stay that unfortunately didn’t match our expectations, especially considering the reason we booked this particular property. We noted our early arrival time in advance, but early check-in wasn’t available—and more importantly, there was no formal baggage storage. The staff kindly directed us to leave our luggage in an adjacent restaurant, but it didn’t feel secure and left us uneasy, especially after a long cruise with multiple bags. Additionally, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to use the spa before our travels home. Sadly, we were told it wasn’t available due to the absence of housekeeping at that time. This was a big disappointment, particularly as it was meant to be a relaxing close to our special trip. While we truly appreciated the warm staff and clean room, we feel a partial refund would be a fair gesture given that some of the key amenities and services we booked for were unavailable. We hope this feedback is helpful, and we would encourage future guests to confirm access to amenities and check-in options ahead of time—especially when arriving early with baggage.
