The Hotel itself is very nice. Service was great and breakfast was good also. It was 5min walk from subway to get around and to all the tourists' areas, but the streets themselves were a little rough. Especially at night. There were quite a bit of transients and homeless. I'm a guy and felt comfortable enough to walk alone but for women and children I personally wouldn't recommend it to walk at night. Rooms and service were great enough to rate it 5 stars.

Staff is helpful

We stayed here overnight after our flight was cancelled. As many have said the area is sketchy, but no different than any other city area. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were super friendly and the attached restaurant was very convenient.

This is a great place to stay, very clean, modern, staff are super awesome and friendly. Breakfast could be a bit better, but it's ok. The area is not super posh, kinda not clean, and homeless people at night BUT very safe to walk around, and easy access to the main touristic areas. There's a police station very close as well, and a bunch of hotels around as well, so no biggie If you are not that picky with that.

We enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious enough for 4 people. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were very helful and accommodating. 15 minute walk to Monastariki square.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel I stayed at this hotel for four days during Easter and was very disappointed. Although advertised as a 4-star hotel, it hardly deserves 2 stars in my opinion. The location is one of the worst in Athens (Omonia area), a very deprived neighborhood with many drug users around. Walking past them with my family, I did not feel safe at all. The room was basic and lacked even simple amenities like a kettle or tea/coffee, which I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The shower area appeared to have had some maintenance work but was not properly cleaned, and the soap dispenser was empty. Breakfast was very average. In the name of orange juice, they served concentrated squash, which was very disappointing. The only positive aspect was the staff – they were very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will never book this hotel again.

It was good for our needs. We stayed five days and would stay here again. The staff was great. And the daily breakfast was wonderful. The area around the hotel is okay. It's a residential area with apartments and other hotels. There were a few unhoused people/ addicts, but they didn't bother us. We didn't feel unsafe. In fact, we walked to and from Syntagma Square, which is about a twenty min walk, at 3 am in the morning when we needed to catch the 24-hour bus to or from the airport. There are many restaurants, including a very nice bakery on the same street as the hotel and more in Omonoia Square which is about a 5 min walk.

Bel hôtel et bon service. Petit déjeuner très bon. Seul problème est le quartier peu fréquentable avec beaucoup de drogués. Nous n’avons pas été agressés mais ça n’est pas rassurant.

The hotel is advertised as 4 stars, but it’s not. It is a 3 stars. No good restaurant, no room service, limited options to buy any groceries. The area is very very unsafe

Quarto muito novo e limpo.

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Keine schöne Gegend, laut Aussage des Taxifahrers eine gefährliche Gegend. Preisleistung für eine Nacht ok.
