Overall it was a good experience

Café da manhã razoável e bom o suficiente para iniciar o dia. A cortina da ducha ficava encostando no corpo durante o banho. O ponto alto é o staff, sempre atenciosos e eficientes.

We found the hotel quite dated and surprised there was no bar. The room was clean and quite comfortable but we had to report a few problems on arrival, first the towel rail fell off the wall, when we run the shower hard the water came up from the drain in the floor and then the extending washing line on the balcony collapsed. The breakfast wasn't particularly appetising choice was limited and they only had a small domestic two slice toaster which took ages. We had no complaints with the staff they were helpful and very friendly but we wouldn't return.

George the manager is awesome. The towels are like sand paper and continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Basic but perfect for a short stay. Nice to have a pool, a rarity in Karpathos.

Location central. Room comfortable and great pool area. However no towels for pool. Breakfast terrible. This could be something easily and cheaply fixed for a better experience.

Overall it’s a great place to stay for the location and price. Breakfast was delicious and the man at the bar gave excellent service. If you have questions ask the front desk as they are very knowledgeable of the island and what to do. The room was clean, but only downside is that the bathroom is small

It's situated in the heart of Pigadia(Karpathos' main town.) It's walking distance from the beach, port, cafés, taverne, night life and bus stop. Very nice staff and good breakfast.

Idéalement situé en face de là musée archéologique et à 100 mètres de la plage, bâtiment très bien entretenu, chambres spacieuses et climatisés,salle à manger vitrée avec vue sur mer, salon, piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux avec produits locaux et internationaux. Propreté impeccable, personnel plus que serviable gentil et souriant a toujours une solution pour n’importe quel souci. Ottimo hotel posizione ottima vicino al centro alla spiaggia alla stazione pullman per giro spiagge personale gentile e disponibile unico difetto colazione per niente varia non c'è neppure una macchina per cappuccino o caffè

Hotel logisticamente comodo e ben pulito, a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di pigadia ma con diversi aspetti da migliorare. In primis la colazione che non ha nessun tipo di prodotti dolci come cornetti e simili. La stanza ha un odore sgradevole per ristagno dei tubi, problema che abbiamo risolto con un prodotto per wc che usavamo a ogni rientro in stanza. Molto gentile lo staff. Non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina.

the hotel is wonderful. because of its elevation the views of both bays are stunning. the breakfast was plentiful, varied and good quality ingredients. the staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful, especially the lady who recommended Captain James restaurant in Baltimore USA! - hotel, restaurants, shopping, cleanliness of Karpathos was very good but beware the cost of taxis. I was ripped off by being charged Euro 70 to travel to & from the airport to the main port! so I won’t be coming back!

first to arrive of 9pm ferry, quick courteous yet friendly check in, old but efficient lift, safe door locks (except balcony). gr8 A/C, compact clean bathroom with lots of HW, rainforest shower, balcony with views of both bays. pretty good breakfast but “ripped off” by hotel arranged taxi who charged Euro 35 for 7.5 mile drive to airport. ten minutes stiff walk uphill eventually (take the stairs to the main shopping street as it’s a lot quicker!) from ferry to hotel- thoroughly recommended

We stayed for 5 nights and had a very pleasant stay ... great value for the price! Breakfast was included, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. The location is walkable to several restaurants and shops, which made exploring easy. We had a room with a sea view and balcony, which I definitely recommend. Our room had two twin beds pushed together which is nornal for Europe. There are also a couple of pool terrace rooms that looked nice, though they seemed a bit less private. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful—especially the front desk receptionist, who was always lovely and ready to assist with anything we needed! While the building isn’t brand new, it’s well maintained. The shower could use an upgrade, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Goed hotel voor een aantrekkelijke plaats midden in het centrum van Pigadia.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and were lucky enough to have a beautiful view of the harbour and the town. George and his team took great care of us and it was obvious they enjoyed making others happy. The hotel is perfectly located harbour side and in the restaurant and shopping area.
