An absolutely delightful couple of days staying at the Avalon. Can’t be beat location next to the Street of the Knights and Grand Palace. Staff well all overwhelmingly kind, welcoming and friendly. Sorry to say good bye. Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful hotel located inside the old town. Picturesque. Unfortunately we had a walk a lot with luggage before we came in. It was late and we were given a room key and the manager left. Was little scary and dark in v the always while walking,. The only good thing is ambience. Hotels.com should say accessibility is a minimum. Although, we liked the location, it's really tough to get there.

We didn’t get the suite we booked and paid for no discount was offered to offset that and the bed wasn’t very comfortable but very charming place.

Einrichtung schon sehr abgenutzt zu Teil. Es wäre auch erwähnenswert, dass die Standart Doppelzimmer in einem anderen Gebäude sind. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war auch gut ich hätte mir nur gewünscht, dass gefragt wird was wir auf den Tisch gestellt haben möchten. Leider war in unserem Zimmer ein dreckiges Glas neben dem Waschbecken ansonsten war es aber Sauber.

Lovely, old property in the heart of Rhodes making it so easy to see the city. Our room was on the small side but had the benefit of a small lounge/kitchen area downstairs shared with just 2 other rooms. The room could do with some updates as the wardrobe was broken and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. However, those shortcomings were more than made up for by the friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfasts were always amazing with a range of bread, savouries, yogurt, cakes, fruit which changed daily and unusually were served at your table in the beautiful courtyard by friendly and welcoming staff.

A wonderful place and the staff so friendly. Very nicely located in the old town of Rhodes and if you are not opposed to doing some walking a great place to explore from. The morning breakfasts are a wonderful way to start the day in the outdoor courtyard.

What a great find Avalon Boutique Hotel was. Great location and very nice. Everybody was great and super helpful and friendly. Added bonus - get them to book your cab from airport and he will get into the old city and right to hotel door - unlike all of the people lugging their suitcases over the cobblestones.

Very comfortable snd homey environment. We had a roomy suite for three nights. Staff is very caring. Breakfast made to order, beautifully, in their private courtyard. Location is great for the historical, and mostly quiter side of life. We walked 1 mile to Elie Beach, and back, for our daily swim.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern (auf 2 Etagen). Dank der dicken mittelalterlichen Mauern sehr leise. Da das Hotel in einer einzigen Seitengasse eher versteckt liegt, kein Rummel. Hafen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in max 5 Minuten erreichbar. Extrem freundliches, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!
