This was a 5 star hotel 25 years ago, now max 3 stars. Overal a bit dirty, old material, just not what we expected. Also i asked a drink at 5h in the morning and this was not possible, so thats not the service you provide as a 5-star in Europe. They need do downgrade this hotel asap.

Bel établissement avec un personnel au top.

Lovely room, clean and very well presented

Food was excellent, great facilities, beach was nice, entertainment was good. Good value for the money.

Kleines sauberes Hotel. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht überfüllt. Gutes Essen und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Zimmer war sehr schmutzig und viele Ameisen waren im Zimmer und vor allem im Badezimmer. Schimmel an der Türe in Speisesaal zur Küche. Verrostete und dreckige Lichter, Boxen und Tische im Außenbereich.

Bel hotel en front de mer avec 2 piscines extérieures et 1 intérieure. Formule all inclusive avec restaurants à la carte inclus sur réservation préalable et chose rare un bar à vin permettant la dégustation et découverte de vins crétois. Le buffet est très varié et avec des mets de qualité. Accueil très professionnel et le personnel est toujours souriant et avenant. Une note particulière pour Marina à la Réception qui est bienveillante et qui veille à ce que votre séjour se passe au mieux. Seul bémol, les boissons de la formule all inclusive de base sont bas de gamme et beaucoup trop sucrées. Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel.

Reichlich Auswahl beim Essen. Jeden Abend wird Fleisch vom Küchenchef frisch aufgeschnitten. Alles was wir probiert haben hat super lecker geschmeckt.

Die Unterkunft hat einen sehr schönen Strand. Leider mangelt es an Sauberkeit. Die Strandbar sollte mal renouviert werden, sowie auch die Sitzmöglichkeiten bei der Strandbar.

Rooms were clean. They accommodated my request to have my room and my friend’s room together. Staff was polite and kind. Over all hospital and 5star experience was with Madam Tonia, restaurant manager. Thanks for making my birthday memorable.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, after all stay of 1 week, a couple + 2 toddlers The good: food- the chef is working hard to keep the guests pleased, salt water pool, proximity to the beach The bad: the hotel is outdated. The rooms are very outdated and so is the maintenance- during shower the drain is overflowing and foul smell fills the bathroom(when I told it to the receptionist- the answer I got was that that’s the way the plumbing is and there is nothing to do about it), cleaning level is bad- I especially placed an empty cup under the table on day one and it was still there by the end of our stay, balcony had a wasp nest and nothing was done about it too. Absolutely no entertainment for kids, pictures of the hotel show a playground- IRL I would give them a tetanus shot after playing there- filthy and unmaintained. animation crew was non existent. Bottom line- Lower your expectations before going there, we definitely won’t be back.

Wir haben auch dieses Jahr wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbracht und es war wieder sehr schön! Schon im Vorfeld wurde unserem Wunsch entsprochen, dasselbe Zimmer wie im letzten Jahr zu bekommen. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und zeigt, wie aufmerksam und bemüht das Team ist. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, herzlich und professionell, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und geschätzt. Besonders gefällt uns, dass das Hotel kein großer, anonymer Komplex ist, sondern aus mehreren kleinen Häusern besteht. Diese Bauweise verleiht der Anlage eine charmante, fast dörfliche Atmosphäre mit viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Speisenauswahl war auch dieses Mal wieder sehr gut: abwechslungsreich, frisch und geschmackvoll. Für jeden etwas dabei. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt wäre der Rasen an unserem privaten Pool. Dieser hätte gerne gemäht sein dürfen. Das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck jedoch in keiner Weise getrübt. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal!

Very nice place for families and very nice staff. Walters at the resturant very kind. The cook was very nice also. Great menu and dishes.

Environnement, plage, staff +++

Nous pensons que cet hôtel ressort plutôt d’un 3.5 voir peut être 4 étoiles mais certainement pas 5 étoiles. Au restaurant,la plupart des plats était froid. La crème glacée n’était pas bien réfrigérée et fondait à vue d’œil dans le buffet. Il manquait souvent d’assaisonnement. Le choix de la nourriture était correct mais nous avions tregûierement la même chose, à part quelques petit plats. Pour les cocktails, plusieurs ne goûtait rien. Pour la plage et la piscine, il faudrait plus de parasol. Énormément de gens réservait leur trsnssat dès le matin mais n’allait pas à la piscine ni à la plage, donc personnes ne pouvait prendre les transat. Les chambres étaient correct mais devrait être modernisée. Pour la salle de bain, impossible le de prendre une douche sans tout inonder. Concernant l’animation le soir, franchement la mini disco était ridicule. Une mascotte et un jeu de lumière ajouterait beaucoup d’ambiance. La musique était qu’en allemand. Et ça, c’était quand il y avait la mini disco car deux jours de suite, personne n’est venu. Concernant les événements pour les adultes le soir… il faudrait arranger le micro car ça faisait très ordinaire et pas professionnel du tout. Il manque beaucoup de standing pour arriver à 5*
