Tolle Aussicht, pools sind schön, dass essen Abwechslungsreich. Würde wieder Buchen.

The hotel is located about 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a bunch of restaurants around as well as a ton of pools. Breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again.

雖然交通上來說有點不方便，但是如果自己開車的話就沒有差。服務人員的態度非常的親切，房間很大，乾淨又舒適，如果有膠囊式咖啡機的話就更好了。眺望海洋的視野很好，環境非常的棒，很值得推薦。

Will definitely be back this year this place was amazing aswell as staff and cannot wait to be back!!

Mukava ja siisti hotelli,henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneemmekin korotettiin pyytämättä suurempaan merinäköalalliseen ilman lisämaksuja. Saavuimme myöhään illalla ja huoneessa meitä odotti ruoka lautasella mitä olin aikaisemmin jo pyytänyt,tästäkään ei lisämaksuja.mukava viikko kaikenkaikkiaan.

We stayed in an ocean view room and the view was beautiful. Nice breeze. Location is high up with steep slopes, not feasible for older and those with bad backs. Property has elevator to avoid the slope but is hard to find. Definitely helpful once it is found. Interior could use some upgrades. But it was clean and comfortable enough. Enjoyed my stay.

Hello, our stay was from July 29th to August 5th, and we booked an all-inclusive package. **Pros:** - **Location:** We had a studio apartment with a balcony and a sea view, and the view was truly beautiful. The path to the beach is a bit steep and takes about 10 minutes, but it didn't bother me personally. - **Food:** The food was very tasty and varied, with different dishes served for lunch and dinner each day. Breakfast was the same every morning, but there was a lot of variety to choose from. It's worth mentioning that there are some street cats around, but they just walk around and don't bother anyone while eating. :) - **Mini-market:** The mini-market was open every day from 8 AM to 11 PM. It is located right by the pool, and you could buy swimwear, towels, snacks, alcohol, etc., there. **Cons:** - **Snack bar:** The Caldera Village website advertised the snack bar and cocktail bar beautifully, but reality was different. It was said that the snack bar would be open from 11 AM to 6 PM, but unfortunately, it was already empty by noon, and it wasn't restocked. The offerings there were also not that great. - **Cocktail bar:** The cocktails were only served in small paper cups and did not taste good. They were simply local spirits mixed with some juice. - **Pool:** It was very annoying that most of the pool loungers were already reserved by 6:30 in the morning. This is unacceptable, and I believe the staff should have enforced rules and done something about

Veldig fint og intimt hotell med veldig god service og hyggelige ansatte. Flere basseng og nydelig utsikt utover havet. Fikk til og med et bedre rom ved innsjekk fordi hotellet hadde et ledig. Satte stor pris på det! Litt lite sentralt, og en småtung bratt bakke for å komme seg til hotellet.

Det ända negativa är att de är en helvetes backe upp att gå i. Vi tog taxi upp varje gång vi var nere vid stranden. Annars allt med hotellet jätte bra, fint fräscht, väldigt stort område 3 olika pooler men vi va varje dag vid den största (baren)

I liked the fact that it was very clean, quiet and offered a fantastic hillside view of Chania and the water from our room. I didn't like the fact that parking is extremely limited and the hotel food in the all inclusive was mediocre.

Huone oli siisti, ilmastoitu ja toivotut yksityiskohdat toteutettiin täysin. Uima-altaita moneen lähtöön, henkilökunta todella ystävällistä, monipuolinen aamiainen. AINOA miinus oli, että kun hotelli sijaitsee hyvin korkealla, on sinne kävellessä hyvin jyrkkä nousu. Mutta näkymät todellakin ovat nousun arvoiset.

Fantastisk hotell og personell. For alle som liker katter også anbefaler. Var der 2 ganger og skal tilbake igjen

Det är bra hotell med uppmärksam personal. Vi hade bara frukost, den var väldigt bra, men samma hela tiden. Gratis solstolar på stranden är bara i fjärde rad från havet, vilket är ändå bra. Det tar 10-15 minuter att gå till havet. Det finns två stora pooler. Den enda nackdelen för oss var backen upp.

Franchement rien à dire. les chambres étaient niquel. On sent que l'hotel a été refait à neuf. Le personnel était au petit soin , dés qu'on demandait quelque chose ils faisaient tout pour répondre à nos besoin. On a passé un trés trés bon moment en famille.

Very good place to stay

Booked for 6 nights as part of our honeymoon. I think we were a little misled by the images on here that it was a modern and adultsy hotel whereas when we arrived we realised there were a lot of young families and a few areas were a bit dated/tired. Overall though we enjoyed our stay, beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, free parking and good location with some nice local restaurants. All inclusive breakfast is OK but pretty bored of it by day 6.

It is amazing the place and kind of conviance to connect with the tour you need to go and very nice restaurants around! Staff are friendly and room is tidy.
