値段相応にある程度ラグジュアリーなホテル

3日間天気が悪かったので、残念でしたが、とても楽しめました。サントリーニ全体、階段がキツく、スーツケースを運ぶのも大変。空港からはタクシーではなく、ホテルに直接お願いするのが1番！ 朝食も美味しい。種類も豊富。雨だとお部屋まで運んでくれます。

Great place with fantastic views. Be prepared for a lot of steps depending on the room you are staying in. Something else to be aware of is that some of the rooms have limited space for suitcases so it becomes fairly crowded.

A vista do quarto é um espetáculo a parte. A equipe prestativa e solicita. Só tenho uma queixa: reservei e paguei por um quarto e quando cheguei no hotel, disseram não estar disponível e me ofereceram um quarto, segundo eles, melhor do que eu reservei. Porém, pelas fotos que vi, o quarto que reservei era maior e melhor. Café da manhã servido diariamente no quarto com as nossas escolhas. A piscina do quarto estava suja, havia cabelos dos hóspedes anteriores. São muitos, muitos, mas MUITOS degraus para chegar no hotel.

Staff was courteous and room was nice. Most amenities were closed due to it being towards the end of tourist season. Would’ve liked to be informed ahead of time of the amenities not available such as on site spa and restaurant.

Love everything about this hotel. Beautiful view, love the breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended to anyone. I had a wonderful time here.

Room needs work, paint peeling and cracked everywhere. Service to rooms not good.

The Hotel was just fine. The room was comfortable, but dated, as was the bathroom. Everything was very clean and working well. Reception and staff were pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful property, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing!

LOCATION!!! VIEW!!!! Everything about this hotel was 5+ stars. You pay for the view and worth every penny. Would highly recommend

We loved our room! The hotel is very close to many restaurants and walkable to Thira. The reception was great to coordinate breakfast and arrange for us to rent a car. As many places in Santorini, there were TONS of stairs to get to our room. But they arranged for someone to bring all of our bags at check in and check out through the stairs. We were disappointed with breakfast - it was included in our stay but we only went once. The woman taking our order forgot most of our food. We ordered 2 cappuccinos, after 30 mins saw another table get them. We asked and she said they were now out. We asked for a latte instead. 30 minutes later she said they were out of that now. The portions were also very small. We also had an infinity pool. We used it the first day, but found it unusable after as it appeared very dirty and was not cleaned. We would stay here again but would not get breakfast there.

The pool in the honeymoon suite was the highlight of our trip. It’s a big climb up and down from the main road, but they do have porters to help with luggage. And the breakfast at the hotel was delicious!

I don’t like cus the rooms it’s smalls aand mean people we need to walk a lot was terrible

Our stay was excellent!! I cannot say enough about the staff and their helpfulness. Very responsive communicating through Whatsapp. The room was clean and the inifity pool was amazing. We had the Junior Suite. Food was fabtastic! We orderdd room service and it came quickly. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Location was fantastic for shopping in Fira. The views were beautiful along with the sunsets. Only 1 issue we had hot water one noght but luke warm the next 2. But highly recommend this hotel!

Loved this hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location is close to shops and restaurants. The included breakfast was amazing. Because of all the steps to the hotel lobby and your room, this hotel is not for those with mobility issues. My only complaint was the pillows that are too hard. In the end, it was a lovely place with awesome views.

The staff was great but the property was old and a bit rundown! For the money I spent for the stay wasn’t worth it

Spectacular place mouthwatering views . Excellent service and great food. This is a unique place that you that you can’t miss . I definitely recommend.

Dana Villas and Suites is an amazing property with spectacular views of the Aegean Sea ; Dinner was a gross disappointment Sunsets at this property are awe inspiring. The infinity pool had floating sunbeds with a stunning backdrop!! Be prepared to walk approximately 100 steps down to the suites/units ; handrails were few ; The suites are spacious, modern and impeccably clean. The breakfast was to die for: you were offered a variety of sumptuous options - homemade jams, breads, spanakopita, omelettes, pancakes, freshly made fruit or veggie smoothies, and a variety of coffee options; We opted to have dinner on our last night ; what a terrible disappointment; when we arrived we were one of a handful guests; we were looking forward to having the Aegean Paella ; we were informed they had run out of paella - when we observed the servers bringing out a couple of Paella dishes to 2 other guests ; the salad portion was paltry and probably the worst we had in all of Santorini ; the server offered some bread with what we thot was tomato bruschetta ; he brought out 3 tiny buns with a small jar of jam ; bizarre option; we told them right away that we didn’t want any jam with our dinner ; they basically said too bad and charged us 5 euros; the dinner waiter was rude and insisted we charge our meal to our room instead of accepting our cash payment

The views from the infinity pool at sunset are like no other. We were so happy with our visit to Santorini and we will definitely be staying at the Dana Suites again! Thank you for such great hospitality.
