My husband and I stayed here for two weeks. Our room was very clean and spacious. The outdoor patio area with pool was lovely. The food was fantastic for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sandesh and Pemba who work in the restaurant were amazing. They were alway smiling, accommodating, and very hard working! The driver for the hotel, Argyris was great! He is super friendly and funny! Everyone at the hotel made you feel like family. I hope to return to this secluded peaceful gem by the sea.

Bathroom floor not clean tho, Bathroom drain problem and ants came in after crumbs fell on floor in kitchen area

Beautiful property. The staff is amazing, very helpful in booking our excursions and transportation. The food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty. Great place for relaxation and sea views. Nice villa, clean and spacious. 10/10

Ein Traum in ruhiger Lage. Am Nettesten waren Sandesh und seine Frau am Frühstück. Abgelegen ist das Desiterra sicher nicht, sondern genau in der Mitte der Insel. Santorini ist eine wunderschöne kleine Insel und mit dem Auto ist man sofort überall, in Fiera in weniger als 10 Minuten. Die kleine Villa war geräumig und der eigene Pool war toll. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Geht lieber ins Desiterra als in eine der Caves am Kraterrand, wenn Ihr schöne, ruhige und entspannte Ferien wollt. Auch der Eigentümer Dimitri war sehr nett.

Great view

⸻ Our stay here was truly enjoyable. We were picked up from the airport by a private shuttle and welcomed in style. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, making our entire experience worthwhile. The restaurant waiters did a fantastic job—every meal was absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean and exactly as described. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

This was our second visit to Desiterra, the site is excellent just as they were last year, staff are fantastic and the spa was bloody lovely! We had a couples massage and it was well worth it. Superb service from everyone and bloody lovely part of the island because it’s quiet and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise! The man who runs the restaurant and bar Sandesh is bloody excellent. Breakfast has a great selection on the menu for everyone. Lunch and dinner options are also great, but we explored a lot more of the island this time round so ate out most days. Room was clean, tidy, and well kitted out. 100% recommend and we will probably go back again!

The property is cozy, welcoming, and charming. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend staying here!

We had the most incredible stay at the Desiterra hotel. The hotel was beautifully presented and clean. As a family of 4 we hired the family villa which was lovely with our own pool and fairly spacious. The staff are absolutely wonderful at the property and made our stay so worthwhile. They took care of everything we could ask for. We used all the facilities: the spa was great and we had a wonderful massage, the gym which was a little small but has what you need, the pool which has lovely views, and the restaurant had exquisite food - highly recommend the lamb chops and beef tagliata! All in all we couldn’t recommend the hotel more. We would certainly go back.

The suite was very nice and comfortable. We loved the private plunge pool we had. The staff were very freindly and accommodating. They had a transfer service we used quire a bit and the driver was a really nice guy

It was far from the main places of Santorini The people was fantastic

This was an amazing vacation for our family. We stayed in the saffron gatherers villa which had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, nice patio and pool. The villa has AC and it was nice a cool and the patio had the best breeze. The climate was amazing. The breakfast was great with a variety of egg omelettes and eggs and variety of pancake choices (Nutella), greek yogurt and granola, juices. Friendly staff, rooms were super clean and the staff was very attentive . Short car ride to Fira and Oia. We spent some days at the beaches and one day with caldera yachting on a sunset sail (which we HIGHLY recommend) The hotel is in the most perfect location, you can get every where relatively quickly. It is away from the hustle bustle and very peaceful and serene with the most amazing sunrises. The spa has great therapists and treatments as well. The beds were so comfortable and the showers had great water pressure and cold and hot water that never ran out. We travelled with three children. There are not enough stars to rate how amazing this hotel/villa is - amazing!

Wenn man allgemein in Santorini ist sollte man sich ein Mietwagen anschaffen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und liegt eher in einer ruhigen Gegend. Man sollte sich wirklich vom Hoteltaxi am Flughafen abholen lassen, denn es ist viel günstiger als die Taxipreise am FH. Hätte etwas mehr vom Frühstück erwartet, da es ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist. Vielleicht wäre es eine Idee für die Zukunft evt auch andere Milchoptionen anzubieten. Kurzes Fazit, es war ein schönes Erlebnis und eine erholsame Zeit. Danke an das Team!
