A beautiful property with great staff! I felt immediately welcomed! Everything was clean and if we had an issues they were solved immediately. I loved everything. I would like some more late night food options other than room service maybe having one of the restaurants open later.

An excellent value for money option. Great staff, restaurants, and experience on the Cool Living option.

Après avoir séjourné plusieurs jours, voici nos observations. Il y a un système pour la réservation des restaurants, cependant, pour un simple restaurant « italien » nous avons eu de la place la veille de notre départ. Impossible de réserver d’autres restaurants car toujours « complet ». A la plage, sur 6 jours, aucuns jours sans devoir attendre des heures pour avoir une place sur les transats. Les gens laissent leurs linges de plage, partent toute la journée et reviennent en fin de journée. Nous avons fait la remarque à plusieurs reprises au personnel, mais rien ne change. Concernant les soins, massages et autres. Des l’arrivé, nous avons voulu réservé. Malheureusement, pas de place avant le dimanche alors que nous rentrions le samedi. Soit 1 semaine d’attente. Voici nos observations.

Perfekt!

Situated in a quiet part of Elounda, the hotel offers stunning views across the bay. We had a very relaxing stay. Here’s the pros and cons. Pro’s: 1. A small but pleasant shingle beach. Comfortable padded sun beds readily available. Very few guests reserve sunbeds, which is a nice stress-free experience. 2. There is a nice little bar on the beach, open from around 10/10:15am, serving coffee, cocktails and various alcoholic and non alcoholic options. There is also a large chiller cabinet where you can grab water, beer and soft drinks as often as you like. 3. There are grab and go lunch boxes available on the beach from 12 noon - salads and sandwiches. 4. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. 5. Rooms are clean and cool. 6. The bar in the amphitheatre area is a lovely place to have sundowners. Try the Hugo cocktail! Cons: 1. The swimming pool area is tired and the sunbeds were a bit dirty. There is paint peeling off the swimming pool floor. The pool is painted a very dark colour, making it very uninviting. 2. The dining options are not great. Breakfast is fine, with plenty of options. The buffet dinner, however, is not of a good enough standard for the resort. The Ampitheatre offered some nice Italian options, but the Greek souvlaki options were really disappointing (you can book this restaurant twice per week), and the Sushi was good at the Yellow Sea restaurant - but no starters were offered, and dessert was just one option.

Very nice hotel with courteous staff

We had a good time. I would recommend getting the ‘cool living’ package as it is on par with a 5* hotel, but if you don’t have that package I think it would feel closer to a 4*. The beach was really good!

Food was meh, I would stay again on a B&B basis

Super saubere Unterkunft ! Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir hatten die Cool Living Selection (in der Suite automatisch mit enthalten) gebucht. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist absolute Spitzenklasse, das Buffet zum Frühstück und Mittag im Greco Levante ist ebenfalls absolut top! Insgesamt können wir das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen. Das einzige Manko war, dass beim Greco Levante (ausschließlich für Cool Living Gäste) eventuell erweitert werden sollte, damit dort mehr Liegen hin können. Diese waren immer recht schnell besetzt. Und leider reservieren einige Leute die liegen morgens direkt um 8 und kommen dann erst teilweise um 11-16 Uhr wieder. Hier wäre eventuell eine Regelung angebracht, dass wenn man mehr als 1 oder 1,5 Stunden nicht auf der Liege ist, man die Handtücher der Gäste entfernen darf, um sich dort selbst hinzulegen. Aktuell werden, soweit ich weiß, noch 18 weitere Suiten oben gebaut, spätestens dann werden Sonnenliegen am Greco Levante wohl Mangelware sein.

Exceeded all expectations. Staff are top notch. Food and events well planned.

It was great overall. Good food, a nice beach, nice views, comfy rooms, and good drinks. The only things that could would improve it would be not playing music at the beach all the time because the sound of the sea is nice. Other than that no complaints. Lots of stuff to do around there and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

The service was excellent and you felt like a valued customer from arrival to leaving. We will be back Im sure

Un séjour magnifique dans un cadre idyllique: tout était fait pour que nous passions des vacances de rêves. L’ensemble du personnel: de l’accueil au restaurant en passant par les navettes comme les femmes de chambre… vraiment tout le monde est aux petits soins et toujours avec le sourire. Merci pour cette semaine que nous avons savouré. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Very good hotel. Rooms spotless, service great and the food was tasty

An incredible location with amazing food, staff and amenities. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and will definitely be back. What truly makes Domes Aulus stand out is their incredible staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

Enjoyed our stay, very clean and presentable hotel. Staff were excellent and very accommodating.
