Property is located in an excellent location
No elevator and we needed to walk up two flights of stairs that were steep. Standard room category are rooms with windows facing back alleys No view!!
Rooms with balconies are much nicer but non available for an up grade. Very basic breakfast Bread was fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean

We only stayed one night. They let us store our luggage when we arrived early in the morning. The location is stellar, in the old town. But there was no parking, so we parked 15 minutes away and had to walk in with our luggage. Our room was large and clean.

Awesome Experience, staff super friendly and helpful. Although property is hundreds of years in or but the Rooftops rooms were all upgraded and clean. Location is the best if you like to experience living in the old town experience. 👍👍

The main entrance door to our room where not sound proff which made our 2 night not a relaxed stay specially at 05-10.00 o'clock in morning a lot of noice from the kitchen and people going up and down on the stairs.
The rest a bit old. You asked us and we reply Hotels.com in an honest way.

The women running the property were lovely, especially Maria, the breakfast Chef. Each day she surprised us with delicious tasty Greek treats! Absolutely amazing. The property was clean and comfortable. No fault of management, there is some noise at night from the adjacent restaurants. A sleep app can drown it out though! The women were all great here and welcoming.

Lovely location so convenient for walking and dining. Staff all extremely polite and friendly. Rooms spotlessly clean and breakfast very good. Our only criticism is the lack of a lift which meant my 80 year old husband having to carry heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs as we had a late arrival and no staff on duty.

Lovely hotel on a great street! Just outside of the main harbour and only took 3 minutes to get there, great breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots all around! Would definitely stay here again.

Well-situated hotel for old town Chania that is close to the lighthouse, shops and dining.
No elevator, but bellman will assist during regular hours. (3 story hotel). Small bathroom. Fantastic service, we left both days before breakfast hours and hotel packed it for us the night before.

Vi har hatt en fin uke i Chania. Vi bodde på et hotell vi har benyttet før og hvor vi får mye for pengene. God frokost, balkong og gode senger. Veldig sentral beliggenhet og perfekt utgangspunkt for en ferie i Chania. Sentral beliggenhet i Gamlebyen og kort vei til bystranden
