We made an error when booking and the hotel accommodated our error when they didn't have to. Customer service was excellent. Room was very clean.

People in the hotel are very nice friendly and accommodating I had a wonderful time. Hotel is very very clean I very recommend at stay at that hotel. important to know. The hotel is ten minutes away from the city center so you must have a vehicle.

Exceptional place, clean, spacey, polite personnel. It also offers some spa and massage amenities. Family friendly, just 5km from town center and very quiet!

Small town, great location Polite & friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay. Plum trees at back side of hotels. Fragrance surrounding pool makes it more relaxing.

Loved the location ( slightly out of town, was very peaceful), modern feel hotel, excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were very nice and extremely helpful.

I had to use this place as a base whilst my wife was in the nearby hospital. The staff here could not be more helpful. The rooms are large, modern and clean. Great shower. The pool area is fantastic, you could easily spend all day and evening by the pool. The fittings, furniture etc are top notch with no sign of wear and tear. The continental breakfast was sufficient for my needs. 3 choices of cereal, 2 cooked meats,2 cheeses, pastries, OJ and teas and coffees. I have not stayed at anywhere else in Greece so have nothing to compare in Greece, but the quality was excellent. As a 51 year old I’ve seen alot of hotels and cruise ships. This was excellent. The manageress ordered a taxi for me each day. Never more than 5 minutes away. Trip to hospital around 6 euro. Taxi to centre of town around 8 euro. They recommended a superb restaurant in town. (Balsamico) lots of locals, cheap local food 22 euros for 3 plates of food, a coke and 500ml of house wine +++ clean, luxurious, grateful, helpful staff, english spoken by key staff, amongst the best pool areas I have ever seen, good food, close to hospital. Superb value for money. - about 5km from town centre but taxis overcome that.

Die Unterkunft und der Pool war sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Die Ausstattung in der Kochnische war gering.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room is newly renovated and had all the amenities for a family suite. Highly recommended.

Nice, new and clean property. Big rooms which are well furnished. A swimming pool is in construction which will be an additional advantage. A bit away from town but the owners send us detailed instructions how to find the hotel. Ioanina town is several kilometers away, but you will definitely need a car to reach it. The town itself is lovely, full of life. Many young people, nice lake and walking street around the castle.
