日曜日の23時頃に到着したのが悪かったのかもしれませんが、とにかくホテル周囲の雰囲気が危なそうな感じがしました 翌日月曜の朝はそんなにひどくは無かったので、夜間の外出を控えればいいのかもしれませんが、冬のヨーロッパは昼が短いのでかなりの時間ホテルに閉じこもる覚悟が必要かと思います 室内はHPの写真と全く異なります

Hôtel qui dépanne pour une nuit mais pas plus. Et pas pour une nuit réparatrice. Le lit est inconfortable et on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur de l’établissement ainsi qu’à l’intérieur.

The accommodation was extremely disappointing. We were promised a queen bed but instead received two separate single beds—one of which was broken. The bedsheets were dirty, and the room reeked of smoke, which made it very difficult for me to breathe as I have asthma. The room was also located right next to the elevator, resulting in constant noise throughout the night. On top of that, the telephone in the room did not work, so we had to go down to reception every time we needed assistance. The listing stated that breakfast was included, but not only was breakfast not provided, there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room either. One of the main reasons we chose this property over others was because breakfast was advertised, yet it was not available.

The beds were terrible the staff knows nothing about the area to find your way around the pictures are of the renovated lobby not of the rooms the restaurant bar and coffee shop Do not actually work. The television in my room had to be plugged in unplugged in order to turn on and off it would not work my remote and they would not exchange televisions or fix it. You can hear everything from the other rooms to the walls.

Room didn’t match the pictures online, bathroom had mould on the roof and was generally average. Mattress dipped in the middle. The reception didn’t let us keep our key which we googled and saw is normal in Europe but after 22 European countries I have never experienced it. Area around the hotel is a bit dodgy but that’s not their fault

Hole in bed sheets, room smelt of smoke Smashed window on balcony, had to leave key at reception every time you left the room. Fridge didn't work and was dirty bathroom shower head had no place to hold the shower head Door to bathroom was almost unusable Good points it's very central near a metro line , staff at desk were helpful enough no water in room ceiling was flaking off Didn't really have a good sleep due to all this and the smell of smoke that wasnt nice

You should be aware this hotel is not in a very good area. I would not have felt safe going out after dark. The room was adequate slightly shabby but reasonably clean The mirror was broken , the balcony door could not fully open. Most worrying was my room door was left ajar every day by the cleaning staff, despite mentioning it to reception

The accommodation was awful and in an awful area. Pictures on bookings.com were not what we experienced. Bed had hairs in it and stains on it. Shower cubicle was cracked, mirrors broken and awful smells from aircon. Would not recommend staying. We had to move hotel for the second night and pay again ourselves. No refund would be given.
