Good points -They upgraded me because of the available room situation. -Good breakfast and available until 11am -Convenient access in the center of the village -The staff was friendly and accommodating to our various requests. -The building has been renovated compared to other hotels in the area. Rooms are warm. The bed and pillows in the bedroom are COCOMAT and very comfortable. -The coffee at breakfast was good and they allowed me to make a pot of it. (Thank you for your generosity!) Points that could be improved -The fireplace is in the room, but you have to pay 15 euros to use it. -No parking, so you have to use the village's kyotoei parking lot. (A little bit uncomfortable during the season). -Shower head did not work. -The hot water in the shower did not work in the morning for some reason.

Amazing views, wonderful breakfast with eggs made to order (in addition to coffee options in the room). Highly recommend!

Καλό ξενοδοχείο με καθαρά δωμάτια και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Το πρωινό αρκετά ικανοποιητικό. Θα επέστρεφα σίγουρα.

מיקום נוח על הכביש הראשי של חצי האי פיליון.קרוב מאוד למקרינצה.סיוטת גוניור גדולה מאוד , החדרים הפונים לכביש רועשים מאוד בבוקר מהמכוניות.טברנות באזור,מקלחת לא מי יודע מה,ארוחת בוקר טובה . מאה מטר מהמלון לכיוון מקרינצה פארק עם שבילים ומפלים יפים מאוד שווה טיול רגלי.

The staff was nice and helpful. The water in the shower was cold, the concierge was surprised to hear this but the same happened the next day

Good Hotel. Staff very friendly and supportive. It's above the city of Volos.

Although that's not a traditional house, in a very reasonable price. Spacious rooms, very good breakfast & hospitable personnel.

My room upgraded. Room very big clean and quiet. Good breakfast with panoramic view. Location in the village center.

Nice hotel good position but my only dislike was mattress was too soft like sponge made my back sore but everything else is good

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gebucht. Als wir ankamen waren alle Zimmer mit Aussicht weg. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, bekamen wir am 2. Tag ein Zimmer mit Aussicht. Also für einen Tag Aussicht bezahlt die wir nicht bekamen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Zimmer sind sauber und die Zimmer mit Aussicht sind auch ruhig da sie der Straße abgewandt liegen. Die Zimmer an der Straße sind sehr laut und nicht zu empfehlen. Frühstück ist landestypisch. Sehr viele Süßspeisen. Die Aussicht ist wirklich überragend und der einzige Grund für dieses Hotel.

Hotel is well located in the central square, but parking can be an issue. My partner and I were disappointed to be forced to change rooms. The distance from the lobby to the downstairs room, including four flights of stairs, required some effort to negotiate with suitcases, and no assistance is available for this. We had booked a room with a panoramic view so was disappointed to find the first room had no views at all. The second room had decent views but was showing some wear and tear - the shower was broken, for example. To make matters worse the bathroom door lock broke, leaving me stranded in there while hotel staff called a handyman. I eventually had to break the door down to get out. Rooms were noisy too - one of the family rooms had some young people yelling until midnight, requiring us to call reception to get it resolved. The panoramic room could easily hear reception noises which frequently disturbed our sleep (phone calls, etc). We didn't raise any of these points with the staff but nothing was offered or discussed by way of helping us enjoy our stay after we didn't get our booked room and then suffered breakages in our second room, and we would avoid this hotel in future.

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and exquisite views. Breakfast was large both savoury pastries, fruit, cooked and numerous sweet delicacies. Tea making facilities in our room would have been nice. I would recommend this hotel!

We arrived for a 2 night stay. The hotel is nice, located well in the area with a beautiful view overlooking Volos. The staff is very helpful with suggestions, the room was clean, had a nice view and a small balcony. Not all rooms have balconies. The bed was ok but it's metal headboard was not comfortable, The bed linen and towels are good quality. Breakfast was fine though the food was still arriving at the buffet while we were eating. Coffee was not hot, and some items were served cold and we had to ask for them to be warmed up. Overall the selection of the breakfast was good. It is a hotel we would definitely return to.

The location is in the middle of the square the hotel stuff is very professional breakfast was exquisite
