Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt in der Einflugschneise und an der Hauptstraße. Der Verkehr ist sehr stark und die Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehr ist theoretisch gut, würde man irgendwo Informationen dazu erhalten/ finden. Das dritte Bett war leider eine recht unbequeme Liege. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes, einfaches Hotel mit sehr netter Führung!

Lovely hotel, beautiful pool and great staff and cleanliness. Food was excellent too, especially in the evening. It is on a main road, but after a while you don’t notice it and very quiet in the rooms. Convenient for beach, transport and eating out if you wish. Had a very nice holiday, good value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel. Very well kept. Good size room. Felt very safe. I would gladly stay there again. Helpful staff. I'm case you do not realise, there is a daily surcharge if you wanted to use the air-condition.

Fräscht boende och trevlig personal, rummen var jätte bra men minus för att AC inte ingick och att det inte fanns wifi på rummen eller knappt täckning

Hemskt oljud från flyg å väg. Ac var trasigt, som tur bara 1 natt men trevlig personal, väl dyrt med tankte på läge

Small friendly and wonderful staff

Todella ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Viihdyimme Esmeralda hotellissa erittäin hyvin. Jokainen henkilökunnan jäsen oli aivan mahtava. Kokki jopa leipoi meille gluteenitonta kakkua ja aamupalaleipää. Hänen ystävänsä oli myös opettanut tekemään kanelipullaa, josta saimme myös maistiaisen.

Booked 4 nights here as it was close to the airport , And had an excellent 4 days Staff couldn’t do enough for you , food served all day with an extensive menu despite low visitors due to the current circumstances 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to several very good restaurants with superb food available We loved it so much here that we had booked it again before we’d even left to go home ! Also , Tony’s cocktails are absolutely delightful

The internet connection didn't work at all in our hotel room. If we wanted to use our mobilephones we had to go the balcony or downstairs to the hotel bar. It sucked because the room was the only place we really needed the internet connection. Even the free WIFI worked only outside the hotel room. Maybe they should fix the walls or put some windows to the hotel rooms so the internet connection would work. So if you are active phone user I would not recommend this hotel to you. But the food was really great, and the service was excellent, the hotel employees were really kind anf generous. Also we had to pay 7 euros per night of air conditioning which was a huge suprise but we had to pay because you can't stay there without the air conditioning.

We booked to stay one night at this hotel. When we got there (after a 30 hour trip) we were told that there were no rooms available for us. However the hosts did arrange accommodation for us at an alternate hotel. Although the accommodation where we ultimately stayed was nice, it was a hassle we didn’t need at the end of a long journey.

Aufgrund dessen, da am ersten Tag leider das Zimmer noch nicht frei war, würden wir komfortabeler weise in ein 4 Sterne Hotel umquartiert. Das keilende Familienunternehmen war jederzeit bemüht um das Wohl der Gäste und steht’s fleißig. Diese persönliche athmosphäre hat uns sehr gefallen.

Allgemein war der Aufenthalt im Hotel schön. Es ist alles sauber und das Zimmer ist echt okay. Die Lage ist recht gut, wobei man sich im Klaren darüber sein muss, dass es nur 5-10 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist und dementsprechend laut durch Flugzeuge wird. Allerdings kann man bei dem Preis einfach nicht meckern. Lediglich das Personal könnte teilweise etwas freundlicher sein und ihre Englischkenntnisse durchaus verbessern. Aber allgemein ist das Hotel für den Preis zufriedenstellend.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 3 settimane .La stanza è ampia e dotata di un cucinino che per noi è stato molto comodo visto che vicinissimo c'è un supermercato molto fornito e grande dove abbiamo acquistato tutti i prodotti da noi usati abitualmente per farci la collaborazione visto che avevamo solo il pernottamento. Le stanze sono ben pulite.La piscina non è grandissima ma è pulita e ci sono anche dei lettini e ombrelloni sui bordi piscina. Nicoletta alla reception ci è stata molto utile per tutte le informazioni che ci servivano sia per il bus che per le gite.Insomma qualsiasi domanda o dubbio c'era lei che sa parlare un ottimo italiano.Unica pecca che sia la colazione che la cena quando abbiamo provato a farla non era buona.Unica pecca che abbiamo riscontrato,ma essendoci parecchi ristoranti fuori dall'hotel e a prezzi modici non vi sono stati problemi. Ci tornerei ancora volentieri. Fuori dal cancello dell' hotel c'è la fermata del bus x Rodi e per l'aereoporto. Il mare da questa parte della costa è sempre molto mosso e molto ventilato.

We had a general good experience in this hotel. First of all, the staff is really friendly and helpful, especially Nicolette which we thank a lot and appreciate her services and kindness. The rooms are big enough and provide a useful kitchineta. It has also a good pool. We had however a surprise to learn that the air conditioning is not included in the room price. It is first time for us to find such a policy. Another problem we had is that the hotel so very closed to the airport and we could hear all the time the plains. However, overall we had a good experience.

Good local food,lot fruits,many things to do..we walked a lot and see many interesting places. Morning receptionist/restaurant worker was so so kind and all hotelnworkers was kindly to us and everybody.small hotel..reccomend

The Hotel is easy access to busssystem. Nice-looking pool, but the main way is just next too it so you dont really feel comfortable laying by the pool relaxing. Its just 800m to the closest beach with a clean beach and relaxing area. The ladies working at the Hotel are absolutely wonderful and helpful, but unfortunately the owner and boss dont have a sense of good business. We paid 7euros per night for aircondition, but he blocks the temperature, ours set to 25'C.. He shoutet at us in greek and refused to let us controll it ourselves, after some intense discussion he said he could set it to 22'C but if it became to cold he would not give us any blankets... very unproffesional! The rooms are quite big and the beds comfortable, but the kitchen has few supplies. It was an ok stay but would definitely not stay here again.

Hotel a conduzione familiare. Camere pulitissime. Personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione del cliente. Si trovano a due passi dal mare ,verso la costa meno turistica. A pochi metri bar,supermarket e farmacie. Il paese è raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi. Bellissima esperienza,lo consiglio

При прибытии в гостиницу номер не был предоставлен,было предложено искать ночлег в другом месте, деньги вернуть отказались. Отель ужасный за кондиционер требуют дополнительную плату,бассейн грязный персонал безразличен к отдыхающим. Собрались и переехал в другой отель.Не портите себе отдых избегайте эту ночлежку !!!!
