海とプールに面したバルコニー付きの3番のお部屋に宿泊しました。天井が高くて広く感じました。ライトがたくさんあるので、暗い部屋に慣れていない日本人にはいいと思います。タオル類はタオルかけから外しておくと交換してくれます。タオル、リネン類は古くても清潔です。 バスタブはありませんがシャワーのお湯はしっかりしています。少し塩分を感じる水ですので飲まない方がいいと思います。 冷蔵庫はありますが、お湯やコーヒーのセットはありません。朝食は7ユーロします。わたしたちは朝食サービスを利用せず、フルーツやギリシャヨーグルトを購入してバルコニーでいただきました。朝日が見えるので気持ち良いです。 プールも気持ち良いです。水深170センチある場所があるのでお子さんは気をつけてください。囲われた安全な浅い部分もあります。一角にジャグジーもあります。 バスターミナルから歩いて10分くらいで、フィラの繁華街にも散歩で行けます。

街に近く、ホテル前に建物がないので眺望もありよかった。シャワールームが狭かった。紙を流せないトイレは慣れてなく少し抵抗があった。全般的に手入れされており、よかった。

スタッフがフレンドリーで親切。周辺の観光案内や帰りのピックアップの予約をすぐにしてくれた。ロケーションがいい。部屋も快適だった。バスルームは狭い。wifiが不安定。

We arrived at 10:30 p.m., and Manolis greeted us warmly with a beautiful Mercedes van and made sure we were comfortably settled into our room. The hotel is lovely and perfectly located, just a short walk from the center of Fira, with easy access to the market and many great restaurants. The owner is very friendly, and the two ladies who manage the rooms are extremely helpful, pleasant, and attentive. The tours arranged by the hotel were truly memorable and wonderful. Our seven‑day stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The pool is a definite game‑changer—it’s very large, with plenty of areas for guests to sit back and relax, whether in the lobby, in front of the hotel, or around the pool area itself. There is also lots of parking space, which made everything even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

Nice vacation

The service at this property was truly exceptional. The location is excellent ! The hotel appears to have been newly renovated, as everything was impeccably clean. All were greatly appreciated. Considering all these factors, the value for money was outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Santorini!

Great location and very clean

Adoramos nossa estadia nesse hotel! O hotel fica numa ótima região de Thira, muito próximo ao centrinho e do ponto de ônibus. Possui estacionamento e excelente condições. A vista do quarto era muito bonita. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Excelente chuveiro. Adoramos muito.

Over all had a pleasant stay

En general es un buen hotel, las instalaciones son buenas, tiene alberca y estacionamiento. la zona es tranquila.Los cuartos son cómodos. las condicones de limpieza son adecuadas. Creo que es más recomendable para parejas jóvenes. Nosotros somos una pareja de 3a. edad y aunque estamos en buena forma hay que subir una pendiente de unos 200 metros para llegar al principio del centro, no es muy lejos pero si sería complicado para personas con problemas de mobilidad. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Front desk was super helpful!

The hotel had bed bugs. We found the first bed bug on the pillow and then a second crawling across the bed. Brought both bugs, and photos to the hotel. They refused to do anything other than change the sheets. We went back to the room, and looked at the mattress. We found more bed bugs. The night manager told us that there was nothing he could do, even though he acknowledged there were bed bugs. He even said they’d put somebody else in that very room the next day. At that point, we did not feel comfortable staying there. We left and paid for a room at another hotel. The next day, we were told by Golden Star that they’d change our room. We went to look at the new room and also found all of the signs on that bed that there bed bugs as well. It was evident that the hotel has an infestation problem they’re refusing to deal with. The hotel refused to provide a refund and the manager/owners refused to talk to us. This was the worst hotel experience by far and ruined the start of our honeymoon. We were left scrambling to find new hotels last minute, and did not receive the refund.
