Positiv: Vielfältige Essen- und Getränkeangebote, sehr nette und hilfreiche Personal, gute Kinderprogramme, abwechselnde Abendprogramme, privater Strandzugang. Verbesserungswürdig: Zimmerausstattung ist in die Alte gekommen und brauche demnächst Renovierung/Modernisierung.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our vacation in Greece. The best part of our experience was the staff – they were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Five star to Janis, he is excellent he goes above and beyond for clients. That said, the hotel itself would benefit from some renovation, as the facilities feel a bit outdated. The restaurant could also use more attention to cleanliness. Overall, the people made our stay enjoyable, but with some updates and improvements, this hotel could be much better. Aleksandra

The rooms and air conditioning are outdated and need renovation. The restrooms in the main area have an unpleasant smell, so adding air fresheners would help. The food is decent, but the plates and glasses are often dirty. On a positive note, I really appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were.

Hotel needs a renovation. It is not like in pictures. It’s an old hotel with old decor, but it’s clean. Also, location is not the greatest. There is not much in the area unless you go to neighboring towns Sissi or Malia. Sissi is walkable, Malia is not. Beach is sandy but going into water, you’ll need water shoes. There are huge rocks in the water.

Die Zimmern sind eine Katastrophe!

Cela fait plus de 10 ans que je vais dans des complexe touristique dans tout le monde et clairement j’ai trouver que cette hôtel est au dessus du lot . Magnifique complexe, personnel super agréable et au Top! Nourriture de haute qualité avec un accueil des plus agréable. Ils ont un entretien hygiénique comme je n’ai jamais vue ! Je tenais à remercier toutes l’équipe qui font un travail extraordinaire et plus particulièrement Monsieur Yanniss qui est humainement incroyable . j’espère y revenir dès mes prochaines vacances. - Bereits beim Frühstück ist aufgefallen, dass Geschirr und Besteck teils dreckig waren. Die Auswahl des Buffets war überschaubar, nicht besonders zufriedenstellend. - Das Hotel macht generell einen abgenutzten Eindruck. - Es gibt nicht genügend Poolliegen und auch Liegen am Strand im Schatten sind stark begrenzt, weshalb die Menschen die Liegen schon vor 8 Uhr morgens reservieren. Wir hatten keine Chance auf einen Schattenplatz. - Die angebotenen Cocktails, Longdrinks und Softdrinks schmecken künstlich und sind somit nicht genießbar. - Das Zimmer, das wir erhalten haben war alt, dreckig und Möbel sowie Türen und Wände defekt/ abgenutzt. Es lagen Haare im Badezimmer und es wurde nicht richtig geputzt. Das Bett ähnelt einem Feldbett, was nicht für Komfort spricht. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sperrlich. Die Handtücher alle dreckig, sodass wir nach neuen Handtüchern baten. - Es folgte ein Gespräch mit der Managerin und damit verbunden ein Zimmerwechsel, jedoch erst auf dem darauffolgenden Tag. Die Managerin war sehr freundlich und zeigte großes Verständnis für unsere Situation. - Das neue Zimmer bietet mehr Platz und das Bett ist etwas komfortabler. Der Zustand des Zimmers jedoch ebenfalls unzufriedenstellend. Es ist abgenutzt, teils kaputt und dreckig. Im Badezimmer sind Ameisen. Auch hier befinden sich fremde Haare im Badezimmer. - Ein sehr schlimmes Erlebnis: ein Kissen roch stark nach Schweiß, sodass es nicht nutzbar war. Das hat einen großen Ekel verursacht und di

Es war einfach alles sehr gut

Wir waren als Familie 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Pools und das Meer und auch die gemeinschaftlichen Anlagen waren sehr schön. Die Zimmer an sich sind sehr alt und eher unschön. Das Personsl ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Essen war gut und es gab sehr viel Auswahl.

Super all inclusive Hotel mit exzellentem Essen und hochwertigen Markengetränken. Wir haben ein Zimmer up-grade bekommen und uns in der Family-Suite sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Matratze. Sehr freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre für ein paar Tage relaxten Strandurlaub

Von außen ist die Hotelanlage sehr gut und sehr schön. Von innen war zwar alles sauber, aber zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel muss dringend renoviert werden. Mit einer schöneren, gemütlicheren Einrichtung der Zimmer wäre das Hotel hervorragend. Denn sonst passt alles. Super Personal, sehr gutes Essen, man kann sich sehr gut erholen.

Amazing holiday experience at this hotel: super tasty food, extensive choice of drinks and cocktails, super attentive and welcoming staff. Cannot thank you enough: attention to all guests, all staff goes extra mile, excellent service. My mum had a birthday and a treat was waiting for her in the room. No request is a trouble for staff. Thank you very much!

Sehr angenehme und erholsame Ferien hatte ich

Bellissima struttura, staff disponibile, il buffet sempre vario e molto abbondante, spuntini e bevande illimitate( anche alcoliche) e l'hotel offre molti servizi extra tra escursioni e noleggio di qualsiasi tipo di mezzo per spostarsi. Complessivamente siamo stati molto bene ma ho qualche nota negativa: - Le camere sono datate rispetto al resto della struttura; - Il mare ha un fondale algoso, quindi se è agitato salgono tutte a galla e l'acqua a riva diventa marrone. L'ultima settimana di agosto è stato sporco di alghe e agitato per tutto il tempo. - Nei dintorni non c'è quasi nulla e occorre noleggiare un'auto per girare. Risparmiatevi il giro nel trenino che è veramente squallido.

The best was the personell as well as the food and beach. The Entertainment Programm is a bit over the top. There could be more Programm like acoustic Guitar, soft Music so that one have their Programm and other guests can enjoy their peace during holiday. Every day is too much. Nevertheless the personell tried to be helpful and always looking for a solution. All in all we had an enjoyable yet not too peaceful vacation.

An old hotel from 80s. It does not look like to the ones on the photos; we didn't find what we expected.
