The staff was amazing and helpful.

Poco distante dai rumori del lungomare di Kamari (la spiaggia più bella di Santorini) sorge l'Antinea. C'è da fare una bella salita per raggiungerlo, ma il problema si risolve agevolmente affittando uno scooter o quad a buon mercato. Personale gentilissimo, super colazione sempre varia, due belle piscine (consiglio una visita anche a quella più nascosta al primo piano). Soddisfattissimi, anche una bottiglia di vino ed una fetta di torta in camera l'ultima notte prima della partenza

My first trip to Greece was made unforgettable by the exceptional hospitality at this facility. Elenalda, the front desk staff, provided invaluable information throughout my stay, enhancing my experience in countless ways. The room service consistently exceeded expectations, ensuring my accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet staff were equally impressive, maintaining the freshness and quality of the food regardless of the time I arrived. Over the course of my 10-day stay, the facility truly felt like home. By the end of my visit, I felt a strong connection with the staff, who treated me like family, making it difficult to say goodbye. I look forward to the day I can book another stay at this wonderful place.

We loved absolutely every moment of our stay, the staff could not have been more accommodating, our room was clean, the pool area was lovely and peaceful, food and drink was delicious, very close walk to the beach and many dining options. Cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely be coming back!

Elena and Maria were very helpful and supportive.I would definitely recommend the hotel. Shops, restaurants and kamali Beach are 5 minutes away from the hotel.We had an amazing time and hopefully will go back again.

God service fra alle på hotellet. Fint svømmebasseng. De oppgraderte rommet vårt umiddelbart, da vi var misfornøyd med det første. Litt uheldig med kloakklukt en morgen, men det ble og fikset umiddelbart. Jacuzzi på soverommet var ikke viktig og ble heller ikke brukt. Velkomst vin, vann og frukt. Koselig. Nydelig frokost med mye å velge i.

I was actually a little disappointed with this property. I'm Expedia gold and I was supposed to get that treatment you expect, but it wasn't. As soon as I arrived I asked about my benefits and they told me that it was only by transport from the airport, then they told me that it was a wine and some fruits. They never offered me the room upgrade, not even to tell me in case everything was taken that it couldn't be done, he simply told me that it was not part of it. My phone was damaged and they never fixed it for me. If I needed anything I had to go to the reception. Additionally, my transportation back to the airport was not given. I arrived the day before to ask for it and confirm it and they told me that the place was already closed and that I had to take a taxi. They didn't even tell me they could help me with that. In theory it was included because it was Gold benefit but did not happen and I had to look for someone to take me to the airport. Really very disappointed.

It’s a lovely hotel but had issues with shower, no hot water most times and low pressure. Couple of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Every thing was good

Positif : Très bel hôtel avec une vue splendide. Personnel d’accueil agréable et à l’écoute. Mention + +pour Vassilis. Chambre et SDB spacieuses et propres. Rangements suffisants. Balcon agréable avec vue sur mer. Jacuzzi à l’intérieur de la chambre. Plateau d’accueil avec boissons et fruits bien sympathique. Piscine presque privée proche de la chambre et grande piscine avec des chaises longues, des lits et des parasols. Négatif : climatisation défaillante qui, malgré nos nombreuses demandes, n’a pas été réparée. Sachant qu’il faisait très, très, très chaud… Le jacuzzi c’est super mais il était froid ! Après ma demande, on me répond que je n’ai pas payé pour avoir un jacuzzi ! Pourquoi ne pas m’avoir prévenue ? Je l’aurais payé ce supplément pour jouir de ce service ! Très peu de pression dans les robinets et parfois même pas d’eau chaude. Et enfin la télévision, même si on ne part pas en vacances pour la regarder, c’est agréable, le soir, d’en profiter. Et bien, ce n’est pas possible car elle « saute » sans arrêt. La porte de la SDB fait un bruit horrible quand on la ferme et malgré une réparation d’un technicien, ça continue…

The staff were always friendly and helpful. We felt they all worked very hard and made our stay comfortable. Our room was rather tired looking and could do with updating. Curtains round the door are awful, maybe blinds would be better. Old fridge very loud! However the bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned regularly.

This is an amazing property and very close to black beach and great views of sea and the mountain behind the hotel. the facilities are amazing and halal friendly as they have private hot tubes in room. the staff are lovely and friendly.

Not sure where the four stars came from. Sink in bathroom was clogged. It smelled funny. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful though.

The hotel staff is amazing, from the thoroughness of the housekeeping, friendly and helpful front desk, and the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the bartenders/restaurant staff. I felt catered too through my whole stay. If I had any questions they were answered in a timely fashion. We extended our stay and had no issues. Yes, there is a walk up a hill to get to the hotel from the beach but if you want a place to relax I would definitely recommend it.

Round the property area, they need same renovation. Where the property is located is a very good location and it’s very safe and you can walk around so many areas. The receptionist are very fantastic if you need anything they’re always available 24 hours a day. We already making plans to go back at the same property next year.
