The hotel was great the staff were very friendly and nice.

The swimming pool was the only nice part of this resort. The rooms are outdated. They don't even have modern key cards to enter the rooms. Pictures are deceiving.

Dirty, needs an upgrade. No hot water to shower. Bugs in the room. Staff really nice

Employees are very friendly and kind. Facilities leave a lot to be desired. If rooms reflected employees they would be 5 star.

Séjour très agréable l’accueil a été formidable aussi bien à la réception qu’à la piscine. La réceptionniste a pris le temps de nous indiquer les plages où aller et les visites à faire. Le cadre de l’hôtel était très bien le seul point à revoir ce serait le mobilier dans les chambres qui fait un peu obsolète. Mais je recommande le rapport qualité prix est très bien et près de la belle ville de Naousa

Beautiful pool and bar area, breakfast provided good choice. Staff were lovely at the bar/resturant. Bedroom was very basic and not 4 stars.

Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Food is ok. Rooms are really old and worn out. Terrible hard beds (you feel the metal spirals in your back). Bathroom smells from old pipes. The tennis court and mini golf must have seen its best days over 10 years ago.

It was unexpekted awful.The receptions staff wasnt kind and didnt give us all the information that was needed.The room was very bad and wasnt like the fotos.We found also a cockroach in the room that showed bad hygien.I paid a lot of money but it wasnt worth it.

Charmant hôtel avec tout le confort. Jolie piscine et sympathique barman. Le personnel est prévenant et attentif.

Hotel tres désuet des travaux de rénovation serait nécessaire l’hôtel est propre mais ancien décoration lugubre A la réception de l’hôtel le personnel est agréable par contre le service du petit déjeuner est négligé le personnel est antipathique la salle du petit-déjeuner « un réfectoire «  Nous avons payé la chambre très chère et les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur du prix demandé en août

Hôtel ancien, non rénové. Service navette mal géré, pour un hôtel isolé, et sans location de voiture. La piscine est belle.

L'hôtel est bien il est un peu excentré ce qui est top pour le calme. Le buffet du petit dej est bon avec des spécialités locales. Le staff est magnifique ils sont tres gentils et nous ont donné bcp de bons plans et de recommandations. La piscine est un peu petite les transats qui sont bien placés sont réservés par des familles le matin avant le petit dej. La decoration (et meubles) de la chambre est un peu vieille

Excellent séjour.ressort très agréable et bien adapté pour les familles. Extrême gentillesse du personnel qui est très serviable et très pro . Propreté irréprochable de l hotel et respect total des mesures anti Covid. Je recommande totalement

The hotel staff make this place a great destination. I arrived before 9 am at the hotel and despite it being high season they had a room ready for us within a couple of hours, they allowed immediate access to luggage storage, changing rooms and the pool. Breakfast was excellent and a large variety and options. Large property with a great pool and space for kids. Down side is the location, there is absolutely nothing within walking distance so a car is a must. Hotel offers shuttle to Naoussa but if you are looking to explore the island you should also book a car. great stay!

Προκειται για ενα αξιοπρεπες ξενοδοχειο με ευρυχωρα και καθαρα δωματια και προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο και προθυμο να σε βοηθησει! Το μονο αρνητικο που βρηκα και πιστευω πως πρεπει να το φροντισουν, ειναι οι γαριασμενες πετσετες!

Ottima struttura in posizione ottimale per girare tutta l'isola, a pochi km da Naousa e la maggior parte delle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Indispensabile un mezzo per spostarsi. Hotel ai livelli di altri molto più costosi...consigliato

Excellent séjour à l'Asteras Paradise. Cet hotel n'était pas notre premier choix, mais nous nous y sommes retrouvés pour cause de surbooking dans notre premier choix. Et nous en sommes ravis: chambre impeccable, piscine, bon petit déjeuner.. Pas grand chose à redire. Et bien sûr, une mention spéciale pour Vassiliki, formidable employée de la réception (que nous avons prise pour la propriétaire tellement elle est adorable et impliquée), qui nous a accueillis merveilleusement et a été aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour, bravo et encore merci! Pas grand chose de négatif à dire sur cet hotel donc, mais il faut savoir qu'il est situé à 5/6 km de Naoussa, et qu'un moyen de transport est donc indispensable pour sortir (l'hôtel propose des navettes gratuites 3 fois par jour ceci dit).

The hotel overall is nice. It is located away from cities and beaches. The pool area is really nice and the rooms are clean. The aircon in our room was broken but got fixed quickly when we reported it. If you book a car in advance and are therefor independent during your stay and don't have to interact with the front desk, we can recommend staying at the hotel. If you however have to deal with the staff from the front desk, it will ruin your holiday mood quite quickly. During our stay at the hotel they were unfriendly and unreliable. For example: we once wanted to rent a quad and asked them. First of all, they said they could organize one, but later then we originally wanted to (when the prices stay the same because you just have it for the day). When we came to get the quad, the responsible guy was not there and all we got from the front desk was: he is coming. We waited for more than an hour and he didn't show up. The front desk could not inform us when he would come and they did not once apologize either, they were just really annoyed when we asked for an update. In the end we had to cancel because we did not wanna waste any more time. Overall the staff at the front desk had a bad attitude towards us during our stay. But apart from being stressed out because we had to deal with the front desk, our stay at the hotel was nice. Also, the other staff from the hotel was friendly, which made up a little for the treatment we have received from the front desk.
